Lovely stay, really good, great value for money

Room was fine room was good but pool was not working when we whrrr there staff was really nice

Staff professional and courteous. Towels changed regularly. Kitchen work surfaces a bit small. Had to run the water until it went from brown to clear.

Perfect location, really good base. Room access was simple. The pool was closed which was a shame, and some parts of the apartment need updating eg wobbly toilet seat, toiletries shelf in shower. But all in all a decent room and nice big balcony.

Upon arrival the room we was allocated was occupied so we then had to find security who sorted us another room. On the 2nd day we woke up to banging and drilling at around 8am then was informed the pool would not be available due to maintenence work being carried out. So every morning was the same drilling, hammering etc at the same time each morning. The 3rd morning had no water so couldnt shower or flush bitbthis was sorted in around an hour. Disappointing but like.the location amd the view.

Basic cooking facilities but more than adequate for snacks/coffee etc. Staff are very friendly and keep the whole resort spotlessly clean. Excellent location with great sea and mountain views. We will be back!!

Really great and clean apartments, nice jacuzzi and good pool (but cold). Highly recommend this place, very close to excursions, beaches cafes, shops and restaurants.

Le personnel est plutôt sympa et aux petits soins, mais ils ne parlent qu’Espagnol, un peu compliqué pour accueillir une clientèle internationale

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber wir hatten genügend Platz . Das einzige was mich gestört hat ist dass keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden war. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen . Wir werden es aufjedenfall noch einmal wiederholen.

Only stayed 2 nights as were vouldnt go straight to our accomodation basic clean . Towels clean and bedding . Could upgrade the fridge

Clean room

Nice typical studio apartment. Furnishings old fashioned, but didn't affect the stay. Sunny terrace and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy check in process and codes for the doors worked every time no problem. Cleaning came in every day and make beds and emptied bins, towels changed other 2 nights. Didn't do any cooking so can't comment, but it had hob, microwave and toaster.

L appartement est idéalement situé, acces direct aux plages , au remblai , aux commerces et activités diverses . Le studio était très fonctionnel , propre et bien équipé, le personnel à la barrière du parking et le personnel de menage étaient très sympathique et disponible. Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite , nous recommandons fortement de prendre le parking a 5 euros par jour ( prix préférentiel pour les clients des appartements Puerto colon car sinon c'est est 25 euros par jour ) car il est très compliqué de se garer dans le secteur .
