It was absolutely terrible. I’m traumatised after this day a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and triggered my survey anxiety and I struggled to go back to sleep and the staff were not very accommodating and compliance.

Good tidy rooms. Clean . Only problem was the breakfast was a low standard and Service which I understand it was self serve. And complementary breakfast but for £200 a night should of been a higher standard like a lot of other hotels.

Lovely helpful staff, hard mattress was no good for my husband or I so sleep needed when we got home, unfortunately that didn't happen as my car was broken into in the car park opposite your hotel and you might want to warn your customers, and staff!

Unfortunately the hotels cleanliness and service has declined since our last visit, 7 months ago. Glasses/bottles outside the room giving the impression our room was still in use on arrival, carpet down the corridor was wet with an offensive odour. The service in the bar was disorganised with many of the drinks (pumps) were not available as none of the barrels had been changed. And none of the staff knew how to do it.

The location was a bit out as I'm not familiar with Manchester, but wasn't happy with the state of a dirty stained bath towel, suppose to be clean. The cooked breakfast was poor, scrambled egg tasted soapy, sausage was tasteless, but the bacon was ok. The staff were nice. Wont be staying here again though.

We were allocated a disabled room on arrival but didnt need it. Manager tried to move us but computer was playing up. We accepted the room but the bathroom drains had a smell. The air con wasnt cool enough and couldnt open a window. Tea and coffee provision was limited and no biscuits. Had a drink in the bar and had no tonic water However the breakfast choices were grest.checout was easy. Would stay again.

It was good but noise from the street and aircon stooed at 3am with no reson, had to turn it back on again. Good breakfast

The hotel entrance was clean, check in was great very helpful. The room was lovely bathroom was very good. Shower amaxing.

Great location with the added benefit of secure parking. Clean, well appointed room, very quiet too. Excellent breakfast. Will book again.

All that it should be A great hotel for a one night stop over to go to a concert at the co-op live venue. Plenty of cheap 24 hour parking nearby, rooms clean spacious and good shower. Great pub nearby for beer food and atmosphere The Marble Arch. Easy access to city centre £5.80 Uber to venue

Hotel is lovely, good location. Only issue was at breakfast, someone forgot to switch waffle machines on therefore took 30 mins to use then they'd forgot to take lids off sauces !!! Waffles stuck to machines but was delicious once cooked
