Perfect stay. The room met all my needs, and I especially appreciated the sliding door separating the bedroom. Absolutely quiet, with no noise from outside or other rooms. Excellent spa and breakfast, and exceptionally attentive staff. Thank you!

L'établissement est très moderne, récent et très propre. Le bruit de la climatisation est cependant insupportable dans la chambre, son refroidissement est d'ailleurs limité, la chambre n'est jamais descendue en dessous de 24,5 degrés. La literie est de qualité. Emplacement un peu retiré du centre.

So far so good. I requested to keep the same room for three nights ( one night which I booked by myself and two nights reserved by Gate 1 tour). But the hotel could not arrange for me, so I need to move the room after one night.

Great breakfast , service and room

Familie på 3. bodde på suite, verdt pengene. Gratis inngang til Spa (inngang for barn under 12 år mellom 09-12) , treningsrom (åpent 24/7). Og egen lounge, denne var åpen mellom 10-10. her var det gratis drikke og noe smått å spise. Rommet var i god tilstand, med to bad, egen «stue». Hotellet ligger greit til, nærme nok så man kan gå.

Je suis vraiment déçu du spa très petit. Et au niveau du petit déjeuner les tables sont sales pas propre le service ne fonctionne pas !! Et personnel pas emballé. Pour un hôtel de 5 étoiles 👎👎👎

I always love staying at the Hyatt Regency Sofia. It’s in the best location of the city, the staff are super friendly and helpful, the gym and other facilities are great and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. I doubt I’ll even switch hotels when I visit Sofia (which I often do)! The rooftop bar is amazing too.

The property and all hotel amenities were great. The staff especially the reception area were not very friendly and had no concierge services. The breakfast staff were nice and so was the spa. The hair salon was over priced and service was not even close to what they charged.

This was a nice, fresh, new hotel in Sofia, close to the main sights and with all the amenities travellers need. We had a hiccup with laundry, but the hotel went out of their way to apologize and make amends. That goes a long way. Everyone was very helpful. I would recommend this as the place to stay in Sofia.

Very well located, walking distance from the main attractions. Good room and excellent spa area. All the staff very nice. Breakfast also ok. Best hotel option in Sofia.
