Ficamos em um quarto para 4 pessoas. Sofá cama desconfortável e com janela sem cortina. Pela manhã a claridade começava por volta das 5h. Banheiros sujos e com poucas toalhas. Mesmo pedindo para trocarem, trouxeram apenas toalha de rosto e piso. Café da manhã com poucas opções. Não Tinha ovos mexidos, apenas cozidos. Serviram somente pães de forma. A única coisa boa foi a localização, cama do quarto principal era boa e o quarto silencioso.

Enjoyed the stay, the room was clean overall except the bathroom shower. There was mold on the walls, shower head and shower tiles. Location was fantastic! You are nearby so much shopping and restaurants.

Staff was extremely helpful and so sweet! The location is impeccable! But the hotel itself needs tlc! The bathrooms are old and stained walls. The balcony in the suite was awful as it is overlooking the ba k of the hotel and not aesthetically pleasing at all!

Beautiful and large room in the heart of rome. Nothing was more than a 30 minute walk away. We stayed in the 2 bed suite with balcony, but didnt use the balcony because it looked directly into the building behind it. No real benefit of having the balcony. Staff were great and very helpful.

Expedia continually gives 4 Stars like candy to 3 and 2 star properties. Check other site reviews. My wife and I; This Hotel, the 4 th we stayed at this trip was good. Clean but not immaculate. Staff nice but not special. Beds were comfy enough and the air conditioner worked and was quiet. Our room was getting tired. Bathroom 2 star. The location is convenient to most attractions. It is a 3 hundred dollar room at best

The room was filthy. It didn’t even have a box of tissues so I had to blow my nose with toilet paper. The restroom in the lobby/lounge had no soap or paper towels the entire 4 days we were there. I have never stayed in a more disgusting place

The hotel used to be great and is an ideal location but decades of deferred maintenance has left it with a crumbling staircase and a very tiny elevator that broke twice during out stay. The hot water was out two days but was fixed each time. The hotel tried to claim we had broke the hot water to gouge us for money. Outside of this the staff was plesant and helpful and the brrakfast was simple but good. If you have any mobility issues this lovation is not safe. If you are healthy and able bodied just be careful on the stairs.

Great location and good service

One of the few spots in Rome that we found 2 queen sized beds. The room was great for a small family and very comfortable. The beds were especially divine after walking all day.

Great hotel with very nice beds and bathrooms right in the heart of the city. Convenient to anywhere you want to walk and our room was surprisingly quiet for being in the heart of the city.

Great Hotel in a well regarded area. Rosa in reception was wonderfully helpful and extremely professional and made us feel very welcome and for that reason alone I highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay. Professional, helpful, and friendly staff made it a great stay. One problem: our toilet seat was loose and easily came apart. They tried to fix it and so did we. No luck. It was an annoyance, but otherwise we were fine. The room was gorgeous and spacious with two queen beds.

Great location, great large rooms
