Merhaba ilk karşılama ve otel resimlerdeki gibi idi.Odamızda güzel temizlenmiş ve memnun kaldık.Ancak sabah kahvaltıda gelenler ile resimlerde görünenler arasında ciddi fark var.İki tane ürün getirip parça parça kahvaltı ettirdiler ve talebimiz üzerine bunlar geldi.Kahvaltının daha geniş menü olması gerekiyor.Çalışanlarında buna göre servis etmesi lazım.Bundan memnun kalmadık.

Le riad est Incroyable, décoré avec goût, propreté irréprochable. Un des plus beau riad de la Médina !! Service au petit soin avec personnel discret et agréable. Merci pour cette qualité... je reviendrai sans hésiter.

I loved being in this beautiful place. The small team works very hard to take good care of the guests. As a solo traveler I felt well looked after. They helped arrange my transportation from and to the airport which made things a lot easier for me, especially arriving in Morocco for first time. They also helped arrange a hammam spa treatment - it’s convenient and comfortable that the spa is on site. Possibly my favorite part was the roof deck — such a peaceful place to spend the afternoons into the sunset.

Our room did not have quick access to hot water. You would actually wait a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes for the shower water to get warm. The breakfast is below average. Very limited choices The receptionists are friendly

The most amazing stay at Riad Janate, as a solo Traveller feeling safe is a priority and I felt safe and well assured by all staff at the Riad who went above and beyond to make sure my transfers arrive even dropping me off to places and I’m so grateful, they were always on hand if I needed anything. The room was beautiful with the most amazing view of the Riad, breakfast was lovely and the chicken TAJINE for dinner was 10/10 I will be definitely be returning 100%

The smell of the place was beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful. Marrakech is a maze so be prepared!

Riad Janate is a beautiful Riad, definitely up to the 4* mark! We were given a beautiful, large room to share between 3. The staff went above and beyond to help especially Mohammed who arranged a beautiful birthday surprise for my mum! Spa facilities are great and breakfast was great too, it was a shame we could not eat much as our flight was very early and we had to leave!

This place is beautiful and the people there are amazing! I would definitely stay there again they are very welcoming and helpful!

All of the staff was amazing! Saide, Abdo, brahim. They all helped us by walking us to and from the road, ordering taxis for us, keeping in contact with the taxis so when they dropped us off one of them will be there to pick us up. They were all amazing!

Great Customer service, I wish I remember the name of every person who helps us at the riad like mouad everybody smiles and is always willing to help. it is a beautiful Riad. every detail on the decoration was delightful to see. If you really want to have a real experience at la medina, this is a great place to stay.

If you value sleep - don’t go there. The windows are inward bound and you hear everything other guests and staff is doing/talking about. The rooms are nice and clean, great comfy bed - unfortunately a bit dark (also with the electrical light) and smelly without the air conditioning on. Very nice and friendly staff and very pretty and cosy area in front of the pool. We rather hang out there, then in the room. When checking out they tried to charge us extra fees and taxes, although this is already included in the hotels.com booking price. I managed to get this removed from our bill.

Staff are excellent. They couldnt do more for you. Always helpful but we found service during bfast slow. The drivers they use are one of the best esp Hamza. Riad is beautiful with lots of character. Beautiful ambience. Loved staying there except for last excursion when timings ntt kept and we missed sunset and one person did not get dinner at the desert.

Le riad était très beau dans l’ensemble mais sa localisation n’est pas du tout recommandée pour famille / amies / couple. En effet, je déconseille de sortir le soir (après 20h) car de nombreuses personnes mal intentionnées vous disent que les routes sont fermées dans le but de vous guider vers une impasse et vous voler. Le quartier est très pauvre, sale, et les fréquentations laissent à désirer. Éviter de séjourner à la médina. Le personnel est très sympathique malgré tout, et le riad est joli à découvrir. Merci

El mejor Riad del mundo mundial. El alojamiento es increíble. Uno de los mejores hoteles/alojamientos en los que hemos estado. Sin duda, lo mejor de todo ha sido el trato recibido por el personal. Hacen todo lo posible para que te sientas a gusto y para que tu estancia sea toda una experiencia inolvidable. Las habitaciones, el desayuno, el hammam, la piscina… y también el intercambio cultural con el personal del hotel. Una gran experiencia muy, muy, muy recomendable.

Overall I had an amazing experience at the Riad Janate. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Our suite was beautiful and the bathroom was huge but the bed was very firm. My only complain was everything at the Riad was charged in euros, which I find a bit odd as I am from the UK, they did convert to the local currency but as it was already in euros I felt I was being charged more.

Property is a gem. Everything is rated five stars. I will be returning everytime i am in Marrakech. This is 10 times better then any hotel.

Tout était parfait ! Le personnel au petit soin, nous avons demandé un Hammam au dernier moment et tout était pret. Vraiment super !!!!!

Nous avons séjourné moi et ma femme pour une nuit et le service était impeccable. Merci a moulay hassan qui était aux petits soins et très serviable. Le riad est très beau, je recommande fortement !
