By far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had! Upon arrival we found our room without any bed sheets, towels and toilet paper. We tried contacting the owner of the apartments but even after several attempted calls and mails there was still no response. Thankfully the kind Expedia Customer Service gave us a full refund after they tried reaching the owner and also had no luck. Now, three days later, we still haven’t heard from them. Also… the parking wasn’t free and we had to pay 20€ up front for our stay which wasn’t refunded after we left early.

Appartement mittelmäßig. Beschreibung und Informationen zum Hotel irreführend. Parkplatz ist nicht inbegriffen sondern kostet 180 Kronen am Tag. Die Appartements gehören nicht zum Wellness Hotel, somit sind diese Dienstleistungen alle kostenpflichtig. Keine der aufgeführten Dienstleistungen sind inbegriffen. Lediglich das Zimmer im Preis enthalten.

Landschaftlich schön, Terrasse sehr nüchtern gestaltet, wenig gepflegt, so gut wie jedes Restaurant in der Umgebung akzeptiert keine Kartenzahlung - selbst wenn googleMaps auf Möglichkeit der Kartenzahlung hinweist. Auffallend oft sind angeblich die Terminals außer Betrieb ;-) - kann man also glauben oder nicht.

Nice, clean, quiet, light, spacious apartment. Really nice staff. Ideal for holidays with kids. We really enjoyed our time and surely will come back
