Great service, great food, comfortable room, and bed. Beautiful ambience.

The property has a British colonial feeling. I truly enjoyed the garden and the plants. The service was very good as the staff was attentive and courteous. The tall bell person standing in front of the hotel was so cheerful in greeting the guests and helpful in unloading the luggage immediately. The overall experience made my stay very pleasant and memorable.

Staff and service were excellent! A lot of different bugs in my room through my 4 day stay however not sure if this is something they can control but it was a bit unpleasant in the end. Food was excellent at the restaurant! Great options!

Hotel con encanto, muy acogedor, con muchos espacios para relajarse y con un jardín precioso. Muy recomendable.

Game drive very expensive.

Ok for a stop over but disappointed with the standard of the restaurant food. A little way out from town with no shuttle bus available. They did have a mini bus but I'm not sure what they used it for. Taxis to and from Lodge were $7 each way which was a bit excessive.

Our recent stay at Pioneers Lodge was magnificent, this property was beautiful, the gardens were so lovely and well maintained, it’s hard to believe they were only established in 2019! The staff were very helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast options were great too. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a fantastic stay at Pioneer’s Lodge. The staff are fantastic, Sharon checked me in and was so helpful and knowledgeable, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful, they have managed to create a wonderful oasis in a relatively short time. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again without hesitation.

If you are looking for bathrobes and room service then look elsewhere. However, if you are wanting somewhere at one with nature including wildlife on your doorstep then look no further.

The property was really nice, actually. The restaurant was probably the best in the area of Vic Falls that we have tried. The property is relatively small, but because they don't have too many guests, it feels cozy. The mosquito nets help a lot at night. It is close to everything, but nothing is walking distance (especially when the sun goes down).
