The only problem was the fact that we did not have blankets in our room and we were 4 people However staff was awesome! And they offer transportation to the airport at a very affordable rate

I was concerned with fire safety as many fire sprinkler heads still had plastic covers as did fire smoke detectors. I was worried both would not function properly and many were spotted on multiple floors and lobby

the only thing was no phone, no tv working and a cucaracha in the bed

Staff were very accommodating and helped us through every step, which was a little more involved with 3 younger kids! They even helped us retrieve one of our kids swimsuits that flew off the balcony rail while it was drying. They coordinated a comfortable, on-time ride to the airport at a reasonable fee too.

El cable de la televisión no funcionaba ningún canal el wifi tampoco funcionaba las toallas son muy pequeñitas la regadera tiraba toda el agua así afuera no tienen servicio de botones en el baño tienen una ventana sin balcón el servicio de taxi fue d lo peor no recomiendo ese hotel

The Hotel needs updating and upkeeps, the staff was nice, a list of things needed to be done in the suite where we stayed was e mailed to the Hotel Administration. The suit was huge, with great potential for a better sell, the view from the suite was beautiful except for the buildings around under construction. The hotel and food are a little pricey, one of the elevators didn’t work properly etc. etc.

What a beautiful hotel! It is in the perfect location in zone 15 and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had breakfast in the gourgeous restaurant that has the best view of the city I have ever seen, panoramic! Love this place. We will be back!
