We had a great time at the Zoo, the children loved walking to the lookout several times a day and the staff we just so lovely and knowledgeable

Everything was lovely bar some minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom, other than that. Top notch

The zoofari is super good for the kid. The evening and morning trips are super. We took two days to enjoy the special trips twice.

The tours are amazing. Special shout out to Helen and Kate for the amazing safaris. Food was meh. Dinner was tiny portions of frozen food, our family was still hungry. And dessert was literally two spoons of a frozen cafe style dessert. They need to work on the meals, especially since it is announced as “chef prepared to order” food. Breakfast was much better. For the price I was expecting good meals. Wouldn’t do it again

Disappointing as this stay and whole experience used to be so much better. Food portions were so tiny, entree size and there's no way you can still try and call this an African Banquet. So many changes most definitely not for the better.

The whole experience and activities were catered for, staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and food and service was excellent

We had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed it. We spent all our free time watching the animals from our deck. The tours were great and were an important aspect of the overall wonderful experience. The zoo was fantastic too and certainly not to be missed by anyone.

This exceeded all expectations. I was concerned upon booking that the actual experience and rooms might be overhyped or a bit silly, but everything was just incredible. One of my best stays in Australia by far. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. You were receiving 5 star treatment throughout. The rooms are stunning and nothing beats opening the curtains at sunrise to 3 zebra walking by your patio. I felt transported to Africa. You won't regret booking it. The Zoo itself is truly unmissable and we enjoyed two days exploring it by car and bicycle. The animals are superbly treated and have enormous enclosures. 5 stars.

How can you not like living in a luxurious tent in a wildlife refuse? Could only have been improved by willing away the rain.....

Absolutely amazing stay. Excellent view of zoo animals from room. Staff were friendly and went beyond excellent to make stay enjoyable.comfortable room with great views. Included activities were amazing and made a more enjoyable stay. Excellent meals included. Every one should do this trip at least once in their life

Wonderful experience with very professional staff, accommodation is amazing. All meals fully catered and wonderful. Make sure you arrive at 2.00pm to make the most of your stay.

Great night of accommodation, the only problem was the menu variety. The evening meal wasn’t very good.

Highly recommend Zoofari lodges, upon arrival a warm welcome with a swift check in process, then shown to our magnificent tents, with everything required for our two night stay. Stylish with cosy bedding, heating, tea coffee's, bath robes, hot showers, etc. Amazing meals in morning and evenings in an intimate african style restaurant. Well informed tours and oustanding customer relations made us feel very welcome and looked after. We will definitely be returning!

This place is absolutely amazing and worth every cent! Firstly, the staff are incredible - everyone was so nice, welcoming, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. I had a medical episode and they checked in with me whilst in hospital (so lovely) then on our return, they had saved dinner for us, set us up by the fire in the Lodge to relax and unwind. The food was delicious! African dishes with amazing flavours. It was great to get many small dishes to share so you could try so many things including crocodile and camel! The chef is accommodating with any allergies, requests etc. She also came out to make sure everyone was happy and answer any questions we had about the dishes. Breakfast dishes were beautiful as well. The grounds are great and you definitely feel like you are out in the middle of nowhere. Our accommodation was gorgeous (we were in the Ostrich cabin) it was very private. It was winter and extremely cold. Whilst the cabin had great heating, you still get cold drafts (because ultimately it’s a canvas tent) so take a few layers of clothing. :) The tours were fun. The tour guides were so knowledgeable and you could see how well all the staff of the zoo get along. I cannot rate this place high enough. I just wish I lived closer so I could visit again.
