We LOVED our stay here. The property is so convenient to shopping and dining options. We also enjoyed that there was a restaurant and bar inside the hotel. Oh, and even a Starbucks. All of the staff we encountered were extremely nice, especially Anthony and the bar. We definitely plan to stay here in the future.

We did not like the bartender and cook was the same so it took extremely long to get either. There should be 2 people on staff for that, especially on weekend days when more people are usually in hotels

I miss the hot buffet breakfast option. Other than that, everything was fine, and the staff was very nice.

Right across from Charlotte Outlet. Clean , quiet , and overall a a great experience

The property was within walking distance of a shopping outlet and restaurants. There was easy parking, and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.

Greg was absolutely phenomenal and accommodating at check-in. The facility is stunning!!

The staff was amazing and very accomodating. My flight got their early and was able toncheck in early. They had our names welcoming in our room, that wasnt expected but awesome touch. It was not overy busy at the bar and cocktails were excellent. Overall it was a great place to stay.... we will be back here.

unfortunately there was a fire alarm very early Saturday morning which a woke us to go out in the Very Cold weather. Aside from that, the people above us walked on their heels only - and the bed was very uncomfortable felt like I was in a hole both nights...

Best Courtyard we’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful facility. It was so clean and well maintained. The room was spotless and the bathroom was pristine. We loved it so much that we booked it two more times in August for when we travel through.
