The staff where amazing

Unfortunately this is not a good review. I would have overlooked so many things like broken elevator or the long time it took to check in. But the hotel is not accommodating. I asked the kitchen for a spoon since there was none in my room and I wanted to feed my toddlers - they said no. Then for breakfast I was harassed for sharing my portion of food with my toddlers, but I noticed grown men was not disturbed eating a very large amount of food by himself and it counted as 1 meal. Yet they were unhappy I shared my 1 meal with a 2 and 4 year old. Tv in the room didn’t work… pool not functioning - no one knows what time the life guard comes or will open up. Never staying here again.
