Was great very kind employees

Great rooms and staff. They even allowed us to check-out an hour later than the set time, which we really appreciated :)

Friendly service and delicious food!

What a great hotel. Clean quiet beds are great. Nice sized room. There are no negatives. It’s connect to the track and card room. That by the way has great food. Will be staying there again. Thank You

I was pleasantly surprised at how NICE the rooms are for where the hotel is located. The bathrooms were really clean. I was very impressed.

I loved it and it was perfect for one night. Stay if you needed to otherwise everything was good from the breakfast to the rooms being clean and everything.

Excellent hotel

We loved the rooms and the property. The person who checked us in was very nice and accommodating. The rooms are large and clean and very nice. When we went down to get breakfast we had a different experience. I had put bread in the toaster and had put a few things on my plate. When I went back to get my toast it was sitting on the counter half done and the toaster was gone. I asked the woman who was cleaning what happened to the toaster and why was my toast on the counter and she said that breakfast was over and she had to clear the area. Extremely rude! So we rushed around trying to get our breakfast on plates as she was taking things away. She was quicker than we were and had it all removed before we had a chance to really get anything. I talked to the person at the desk and he just said that she was on a time limit. Up until that point we were very happy with our stay. This persons actions kind of put us off Running Aces! Do better!

Casino access was blocked off. Walls were very thin and neighbor was blasting TV still at 1 am. After call to management, this did ultimately stop.

Very nice room

Renovations were a small minor pain but to be expected. One employee was really really rude to a guest - was really uncalled for happened Saturday morning Nov 30th 2024. Another guest had their tv up loud and i could hear it in my room. Overall a fantasic place to stay and play. I will be back.
