Amazing. We took our 5-m old baby and they were so kind and prepared for us - baby bath, baby towel and crib. Each night the staff brought around little gifts too. An amazing farmhouse hotel with pineapple thermal bath and sauna and pool. Plus they threw pizza parties and summer parties too. Couldn’t have asked for a better first family Holiday

A beautiful hotel with top notch staff that strive to ensure one wants for nothing - or if you do want, just ask. Restaurants were great. The fantastic free breakfasts really adds to the value. A beautiful lobby and bar (with pooltable!). We didn’t take advantage of the spa but loved spending time in the mineral bath inside their pineapple greenhouse! Great location -close to Ponta Delgado but far enough away, and central to the island. Highly recommend (fyi having been there I would def not want a hotel right in Ponta Delgado - car rentals can be ridiculously cheap)

Außergewöhnliches Hotel mit hervorragendem Service, ein Lob an alle Mitarbeiter. ruhige Lage im Randbezirk von Ponta Delgado, mit PKW sind alle Ausflugsziel der Insel schnell zu erreichen. Sehr schöner Gartenbereich.

We had the pleasure of staying 10 nights at Senhora da Rosa with half board - and we immensely enjoyed both the delicious food at both restaurants and the lovely pool and spa facilities. Despite visiting in november, well out of the vacation season, we lacked for nothing: everyone were extremely polite and acommodating and we had a great time. We will be recommending this hotel to anyone considering visiting the Azores!

The Asian restaurant had a chef that created a beautiful vegan dinner especially for me. The spa services were divine. The facility is beautiful and clean, and the staff very pleasant. Recommended!

The property was beautiful, the staff were exceptional and friendly, the dining area was great, the bar area again was very nice. Everything about our stay was fantastic. Hopefully we have the opportunity to visit again soon. Thank you to staff for making our vacation fantastic. Ramzi

We had a lovely stay at Senhora da Rosa. The staff were lovely and helpful and the facilities were great. The pool and spa area was really nice; we had a lot of it to ourselves as most people are out exploring the island. Staying in Ponta Delgada was a great way to explore the island. It was a nice peaceful area although quite a long walk which is just something to bear in mind as we did find it better to eat out during the day and just have something from the bar menu on an evening as it was nice and chilled and had a great selection of cocktails.

Lovely hotel, very nice room and friendly helpful staff Located in residential suburb of Ponte del Garda

This was a lovely hotel with beautiful accommodations and friendly and helpful staff. You can really tell they select and train toward global hospitality. We appreciated the environmental efforts made. Food in the bar and Magma restaurant was very good for the most part. The pool was welcome and my husband enjoyed the spa. Having spacious forested grounds inside the city was special. Service in the bar area, even when slow, could have been better. It was highly priced in August, especially for a single hotel room with no couch, kitchenette, etc.

Freundliche, bemühte Mitarbeiter, schönes Ambiente, angenehmer Pool Bereich, feines Frühstück. Ein Dinner im Restaurant sollte man auch einplanen. Seifenstück zum Haare waschen,...etwas ungewohnt, Bett sehr schmal

Un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel

Wir waren vor dem offiziellen check-in da und haben vor Ort auf das Zimmer gewartet, welches um 14 Uhr (offizielles Check in) immer noch nicht fertig war. Uns wurde mitgeteilt es gab halt eben ein Late Check-out von den Gästen davor. Ein Grund dafür, warum wir als Gäste zweiter Klasse behandelt worden sind, wurde nicht genannt, bei knapp 300€ pro Nacht ist es unmögliches Verhalten. Zusätzlich fehlten dann im Zimmer Handtücher fürs Gesicht und den Pool, obwohl wir es der Rezeption mitgeteilt haben, wurden im Laufe des Aufenthalts keine gebracht und nur genervt reagiert. Die Unterkunft ist im allgemeinen sehr schmuddelig und keiner kümmert sich so recht um die Anlage und die Sauberkeit. Am Pool stand der Müll von Vortag 24h land und wurde von niemandem abgeräumt. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut nicht empfehlen. Man kriegt für das Geld viel bessere Hotels auf der Insel.

I’m sorry to be snobby but when you book a five star resort you expect a different class of hotel. This hotel has the bones to be great(and probably was at one point), but the upkeep and overall quality pales in comparisons to other five star hotels in the region. The hotel is a beat down version of a five star hotel and needs a new owner who will invest into its success.

Everything was so lovely!! The hotel was on a beautiful property with lots of great amenities and plenty of parking!! The pádel court was such an added bonus and the whole thing felt like a secluded little paradise. The only thing I would point out is that there is no conditioner so maybe bring your own. Thank you Senhora da Rosa for a lovely stay!

Magnifique hôtel! Ambiance relaxante. La nourriture au restaurant de l’hôtel était délicieuse. Service impeccable. Chambre confortable. Belle piscine. J’y retournerai.

Staff were so helpful and exceptional

Quando ho prenotato, pubblicizzavano un checkout a mezzanotte. Pensavo fosse una particolarità per rendere più attraente il soggiorno in una struttura particolare, includere tutta la giornata di checkout nella prenotazione. Non è così, ci hanno chiesti di lasciare la stanza a mezzogiorno dicendo che era un errore, non si sono scusati nè hanno proposto un qualche rimedio. Abbiamo dovuto cambiare i nostri programmi, e sicuramente non avrei prenotato una notte se fossero state chiare da subito le condizioni di prenotazione.

The staff was amazing, always friendly and helpful! Beds were extremely comfortable, loved the little touches like homemade soaps. Also, the breakfast buffet was amazing!!
