modern studio apartment with kitchenette and washer dryer, good value!

The suite was in a dynamic part of town with a great selection of cafes and restaurants minutes away. Check-in went smooth. The suite needs a few pieces of furniture upgraded. The sofa, turned sofa-bed, was in poor condition. My biggest issue was cleanliness. My white socks were black from walking on the laminate flooring. One set of bedsheets had a lipstick stain. I would stay in this location again, but not at these accommodations.

Olimme ehkä neljättä kertaa täällä. Sijainti on loistava, muutaman päivän oleskeluun. Astiasto saisi olla vähän laajempi ja säilytystilaa matkatavaroille enemmän. Avaimeton kulku järjestelmä on hyvä. Mutta kuten aluksi kerroin, sijainti on loistava. Bussit, taksit, kaupat, ravintolat ja ranta, kaikki on lähellä! Siisteys hyvä.

Great place to stay faultless

I had a wonderful stay at Poem Suits. An exceptional service of the staff on premises. I will definitely recommend this place for a vacation stay. Beach is located across the street. Beautiful location. Overall- clean , safe and very convenient. Thank you Poem Suits .

Good apartment basically you get what you paid for ,it’s very close to Playa de las Canteras just one block away so that’s good ,the apartment itself basic it’s not convenient for light sleepers as we had city view so expect car noise and other things it was fine by us , communication was good from the stuff to send us instructions to how we get to the apartment.

Very loud neighbours who came back in the early hours of the morning. The room is definitely not the one on the photos.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand und der Promenade, das war sehr angenehm. Sauber war es leider nicht so sehr. Die Kissen hatten Flecken und die Bettdecke war nicht bezogen sodass sich hier einige Flecken erkennbar waren. Die Dusche ist in den Ecken schon schimmelig.

Veldig god beliggenhet, god løsning med kode på dør. Leiligheten var ren og romslig:)

Alojamiento sin comodidad para hacer el check-in y el check-out te mandan un mensaje y ya , no tienen recepcion 24h , por la limpieza de la habitación te cobran 10€ como sino costase ya la habitacion ,aparcamiento dificil, te ofrecen un convenio con un parking de la zona el cual si te bajas la aplicacion te sale mas barato , mucho ruido devido a que esta situado cerca de la autopista y no tiene buena insonorizacion ,las tuberias huelen bastante, la habitación en general no esta mal aunq es un quiero y no puedo

We did not receive the same apartment as on the pictures. It smelt from ventilation and toilet/shower immediatly at the access.

I was not informed that the building was undergoing renovations. at 8:00 in the morning they started drilling. when I confronted the front desk they said it was the last day. but it continued throughout the stay

Not a hotel as such, these rooms/suites are very modern, well equipped and the project is very well managed.The area isn't the best, however it is only 1 block from the fabulous Cantaras beach, with all it's bars and restaurants, also walking distance to the Aquarium which is highly recommended and one block from the Port market which is also worth a visit. Discounted parking in the adjacent car park is an added bonus. We only stayed for 2 days and would stay again but probably on the other side of the building as "the city view" is not so nice.
