Friendly staff. Room was alright but the toilet handle was not working. They sent someone to fix it and the handle was still barely working you needed to be hulk to flush. More annoying than anything. Loved the bedding it was comfortable and loved having a refrigerator and microwave !! Overall pretty nice stay.

Front desk was very nice and attentive Walking in I couldn’t find the light switch it’s by the fridge fyi The shower was tricky had to call front desk and you have to pull the this switch within the nozzle down The sheets and pillows had hair not mine and stains on the two pillows I called front desk and he was very kind offered another room but I was too tired (14 hour drive) and simply put towels down to lay down and sleep on the bed but definitely will not be coming back here or recommending On a positive note room is big and big fridge for long stays

Stay was good. Unfortunately, it took over 15 minutes just to be greeted. Myself and another couple waited over 15 minutes to be greeted. The kid that finally came out looked like he had been sleeping. He asked me how long I had been waiting and when I responded, he didn’t even apologize.

This was our first time staying at MYPlace. The kid at the front desk was not very helpful about room locations and things. However, everyone else was great and we loved the room.

This was booked as a last minute stay and were impressed during our stay. Clean room and bath. Room had a kitchenette with full size fridge. Would recommend and return here :)

We love the place and the staff were friendly and helpful. Although our stay was great, I personally could not get use the noise of traffic as our rooms were on the side of the road. Above all, our stay was great and will definitely be back in the future. This place was within my budget range which was perfect. Keep up the excellent services and work.

Front desk was efficient. Hotel was clean and friendly place to stay. The maid service was exceptional.

My family and I stayed at this property during Spring Training And it was the perfect place to stay. Checking was easy. Plenty of parking. 24 hours free coffee. Clean, and my kid enjoyed the pool. They even have two grills ready for use. Plenty of restaurants around and 15 min. FromCamelback stadium. Not only that, but on our way back home we received a call that we had left a backpack in the room. They were nice enough to ship it back home as long as we paid the shipping cost. Thank you to the front desk! We will definitely be staying here next Spring Training.

Property is new and located convenient to freeway and restaurants. Staff gets the job done but are not very friendly.

Clean and convenient. Traffic noise was pretty evident on a Friday and Saturday night stay.

Had to move room twice. Shower did not work, terribly noisy, paper thin walls, planes, neighbors, could not get water and terribly unsafe. Staff were nice.
