Everything about this place is completely professional and top notch and it’s a beautiful hotel. The staff, the grounds, the location, the food - all were fantastic, including the breakfast. The manager helped us with such warmth and professionalism (when we mistakenly brought a pet to the location!)- we also celebrated a birthday there and they took care of bringing a cake etc. basically there was no request that they couldn’t meet. We had booked three rooms, and everyone was very happy with the 4 nights we spent there. Florina is such a great location to go explore northern Greece- don’t miss out on Prespes lakes! And highly recommend the Lynx!

Amazing resort, feels like a high end option in the mountains of Florina. The spa was fantastic and the masseuse there was excellent. Maybe the server at breakfast and some of the casino staff (guy in cage in particular) could have been a bit friendlier but otherwise would definitely stay again next visit to Florina and would recommend.

The resort was beautiful, clean, peaceful. the staff was fabulous, and accommodated our diet needs wonderfully. The service at the restaurant was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! We will definitely recommend to all our family and friends. Our local family visited us at the resort and were equally impressed.

This was the most expensive hotel in our 18 day stay in Greece and the absolute worst room. Dingy. Dirty, old, smelly. Website lead us to believe we would at least have complimentary breakfast but we were told our IHG membership was not the correct level for this. Our plane arrived late and the restaurant/ bar was closed, but we got complimentary water from the mini bar in room. Sadly Disappointed .
