The room was spacious although the lighting was a little dark. The bath and bed were well appointed. I would definitely stay again!

Great, spacious room and very quiet. Easy connection to Heathrow with the £6.80 hopper bus — if your timing aligns with the schedule, there’s no need to take the £25 taxi the hotel receptionist may suggest at the kiosk desk. No robe is provided for the sauna or steam room, and to reach the health suite you have to walk past the hotel bar, restaurant, reception, and front entrance, which was a bit of a downside. Otherwise, it’s a lovely hotel overall. I ordered delivery from Curry Delight around 9 pm — excellent food! Much cheaper and with far more variety than the hotel buffet, which is £31 per person.

Staff were friendly, room was clean - plenty of parking. Didn’t eat here due to late arrival and early flight

Bar service for food and drink was poor. Everyone at the bar was complaining about the wait to order anything. Everything else was good.

Literie très confortable chambre bien grande La douche était top dommage pas de réassort sur les cotons ds la salle de bain Propreté bien mais pourrait être un peu mieux au niveau de la poussière Petit dej top piscine top nous avons choisi d être à cette hôtel malgré la distance par rapport à Londres nous avons passé une belle semaine Bouteille d eau et café thé ds la chambre remis à jour tous les jours Gros problème pour garer la voiture mais bon tout le monde se gare n’importe où on a fait pareil et il est payant mais on le savait
