Little to no hot water. On my check out morning I was greeted with a freezing cold shower. The hotel was lovely, but unfortunately my lasting impression will be shivering trying to ready myself for a long day of travel.

Excellent stay. Great room in ideal location for bars restaurants and exploring whilst still being quiet at night. Staff were very helpful throughout Great breakfasts each day too

Very clean, comfortable and close to all amenities including public transport.One of the best holiday hotels we have ever stayed. Breakfast is a la carte only but can't complain as choice is adequate. Highly recommendable and will stay again.

Excellent hotel. Location couldn’t be better. Right in the middle of everything in st Julian’s but far enough away from any noise. The Room was spotless, very comfy bed, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Malta. 10/10

Zimmer super, personal freundlich, alles super

The room was lovely and spacious with everything that you could need. The breakfast was good and the staff were lovely and helpful. We missed breakfast one morning and they still provided us with coffee and croissants. Its a great choice and great location

Great hotel stayed there twice now and in a great location too.

Magnifique chambre propre, entretue et avec de très bons services de chambres : - serviettes pour la plage - serviettes de toilettes (x6) - peignoir - vanity kit, shampooing etc … Le service de chambre est extrêmement bon. Le matelas et oreillers sont de très bonnes qualités. Le pdj était très bon. L’hôtel est situé juste à proximité de la baie de spinola qui est très animée ainsi il peut y avoir des bruits la nuit de fetards peu respectueux et alcoolisés.

Great place , great staff, lovely room .only drawbacks are front entrance has several steps (staff help with luggage) And the hot water is limited

Great new small hotel, very modern & comfortable rooms with nice little quality touches in the room to make it special. Staff are all very friendly welcoming and helpful. Location is great right on Spinola bay but far enough away from the noise. Breakfast was made to order & good, make sure you try the granola , we didn't eat in the restaurant but it was always packed with locals & smelt great so i would advise booking. Loved it there & wish I was still there, hotel & Malta are both great.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto vantaggiosa per visitare Malta, la camera era stupenda con bel terrazzo e finestra grandi e luminose. Il bagno era munito di tutti i confort compreso il pavimento riscaldato se visitate Malta nei periodi non estivi. Una menzione al ristorante Georgiano all'ingresso dell'hotel da provare assolutamente. Gentilissime le signore che gestiscono l'albergo e ristorante. Un carissmo saluto da Capri. Angelo e Marilena

I had a good stay considering the situation I went to Malta in the first place, but the place afforded me the opportunity to refresh and reflect.

Overall good stay, but water heater in shower ran out quickly and had to wait 30 minutes for hot water. Breakfast options were limited.

Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt. Nära till bad och resturanger. Det finns resturanger där man kan ta sig ett dopp direkt anslutning resturangen som ligger bara ett ca 10 min promenad från hotellet. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra med kommunikationer nära till hållplatser. Kostar 2.5 euro per person.Rummen var lite små men annars rent och snyggt. Med tillgång till badhandukar. Bra med kod till rummen istället för nycklar. Dom har frukostmeny som du får välja ifrån. Ville ha kokt ägg som inte stod med men det var inga problem att få det.

Great stay at 123 Mainstree Boutique hotel, great sea view and rooms very clean and spacious. Ate there a few times including breakfast and evening meal and food very good. Would recommend this hotel for any one looking to stay in St Julians.

Nice clean and spacious. Good location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Only short transfer from the airport. Great bus links. Lovely little Georgian restaurant onsite. Staff in both excellent, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice with only ten rooms , close to the water but kind of a boring neighborhood.
