Very easy check in and friendly staff at reception. Got a dorm and I was the only one fortunately. But the trash had not been cleaned/ taken out from previous guests and the bathroom floor had hair so had not been cleaned. Would recommend curtains for privacy and light blockout for bunk beds

Staffing was great. Rooms were well kept. I would stay here again

Great location. Very friendly staff who speak English. The breakfast was small with some toast, fruit, water, juice or coffee.

Fabulous return visit. The staff are lovely. The bed is extremely comfortable. The room was really clean and we had a much needed uninterrupted long sleep after a busy week of travelling. The shower has complimentary toiletries. The pool is perfect to cool down.

Eu simplesmente amei esse hostel muito fofinho limpinho e organizado valeu muito a pena um pouco distante apenas dos outros hotéis mas valeu muito pra mim

Hotel com atendimento de excelência, perto do metrô, perto de uma rua com restaurantes, se chegar de madrugada tem delivery, tem mercadinho próximo e restaurante aberto. Café da manhã simples mais muito gostoso, caso precise sair antes do café, tem um lanche com sanduíche, fruta e suco. O quarto suíte tem Mini cozinha, cama boa e chuveiro muito bom. Tem wi-fi que funciona muito bem só o frigobar que não funciona como refrigeração.

It was really good and the staff are friendly and accommodating. They helped me in finding the landmarks. Breakfast is also good.

Esta cerca a un supermercado, en plena avenida con buses que pasan al frente pero aun asi es tranquilo. El hostal es muy moderno y bonito

Buena, Check in rápido y buena ubicación

Tuve un percance con un individuo que se encuentra en recepcion (turno de día ya que los de la noche ninguna queja al contrario súper chidos), se me hizo grosero y poco empático, las razones súper personales e inclusive me hizo enfrentarme con la encargada de turno y todavía peor su manera de dirigirse hacia mi persona. Ellos dos hicieron que inmediatamente no volviera a reservar días extras.

Fabulous stay, we’ll be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay and booked an extra night. The room and hotel were spotlessly clean, it was quiet, the bed and pillows were really comfy and we got a great nights sleep. Great to have complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The staff were really friendly. Light breakfast provided. We sadly didn’t have time to use the pool.

Elevador não funcionou! Fica perto do metrô! Água para beber só se você comprar e é muito cara.
