Highly recommended

The infrastructure is no where close to what Raddison offers. Looks like renovation is on going and may look good in the coming months. But the best part was the staff were welcoming and not to forget their breakfast place which had good options and the restaurant was clean.

The room arrangement was good. My only suggestion is to include a dressing mirror outside, as it was missing in the room. The staff were very cooperative and supportive, especially those who assisted during the night dinner service Ms Aditi and the front desk team who helped with the darshan booking.

Good selection of food , rooms are clean. Restaurant has flies which we don’t like.

All Staff is very cordial, Ms.Athidi is exceptional.

Not so clean and comfortable. Also, they refused to pack a meal for the baby during breakfast as my baby had not eaten anything in the morning hours. I mean, this is so disgraceful on the part of the staff. Also the pool had high amount of chlorine and not clean.

I stayed only for one night and my main purpose was to visit the Shirdi Sai Temple. The shuttle service from the hotel was very convenient. And the staff were very helpful and welcoming! Food was included in my room rate, so that was a bonus. I will definitely return to this property on my next trip.

Superb stay with all the facilities and amenities

We stayed in 3 rooms, 2 on the 7th floor and 1 on the 6th floor. The room on the 6th floor was okay, not 4 star like mentioned, cockroach inside the room and the bathrooms had a strong odour.
