Shocking discovery of cockroaches on the bed, denied room change, and dismissive attitude from the staff. Non-functional Wi-Fi throughout the stay made it difficult to stay connected and attend to important matters. Inadequate washrooms with broken fixtures and lack of cleanliness further diminished the experience. A broken cover overhead heightened concerns about safety and maintenance. The surrounding area felt unsafe, adding to the discomfort and unease during the stay.
