Bra läge centralt i Lucca. Tyst och bekvämt sovrum. Fin frukost på innergård. Kändes lite osäkert att ställa bilen på gatan men allt gick bra.

This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Lucca, 10 minutes from the station, although a little climb to get through the city walls. The continental breakfast was welcome, although a little strange that you had to approach the staff for a coffee or hot water rather than the other way round.

We had a fantastic visit in Lucca. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We also really enjoyed the free complimentary breakfast.

Best property, best staff, best location! I was in Lucca for 1 week and I learned the area and the hotel. Cannot rate high enough. I was stranded by taxi at 9pm in Lucca city. (Long story) Called hotel, they figured out where I was, sent a taxi for me, made late dinner reservations. Thank you Sarah. Nice bathroom, lift, air conditioning that works, big bedroom. Called taxis when I needed them, great breakfast, felt catered to. Go to their restaurant just for the lavender panna cotta. Enjoy!

Breakfast was good Our group was able to enjoy a nice breakfast and several cups of coffee, while discussing what our plans for the day were.

Lucas was fabulous! He took the time to tell me all about the hotel and the history of Lucca. The rooms very very nice, a bit small like most EU hotels. Licas was great

Absolutely charming property within the walled city of Lucca! Staff are so nice and accommodating. Onsite restaurant Antica Osteria is a must when staying at the hotel. Amazing location and fantastic property. Reasonable rate that was totally worth it. Loved our stay.

Great hotel in a great location. The WiFi was impossible to get onto and the staff made it out to be our fault. They said it was my American phone. This was my 6th place that I stayed on this trip and I hadn’t had a problem until this hotel. And, after getting in a heated discussion with the clerk, I didn’t feel like I could ask about anything for the rest of our stay. Not very welcoming.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful. The rooms and property were beautiful and maintained to a high standard. The attached restaurant was delicious! Overall a great stay in Lucca!

Acomodacao Junior Suite excelente, banheiro amplo e confortável (mas poderia ter um box maior com uma ducha melhor). Café da manhã um pouco limitado em variedades, mas tudo de excelente qualidade e poderia ter o horário até às 10h (praticado pela maioria) e não até 9h30. Senti muita falta de um serviço de bar durante o dia ou, pelo menos, um café (mesmo q fosse só máquina na acomodacao). Apesar da acomodação ser excelente, o fato da janela dar para as mesas externas do restaurante pode prejudicar hóspedes que dormem cedo e tem sono mais leve. O restaurante Antica Osteria tem bom serviço e é uma opção confortável, embora pudesse ter esquema de debito na conta do hotel para os hóspedes.

Fantastisk lokation i hjertet af Lucca. Vi kom med bil og fik vores egen prvat parkering. Vi havde booket deres Executive Suite og var meget positivt overrasket over suitens indretning og stand.
