A beautiful hotel, modern, incredibly modern furnishings, I'm happy to have discovered this hotel, lots of common spaces, the breakfast buffet was excellent, in short nothing was missing, everything was beautiful

Unterkunft war modern, aber an der Sauberkeit kann man noch arbeiten.

Vennlig og hjelpsom personale. Rommet var rent. Fin lokasjon, byens downtown er noen metro stasjoner unna. Vi er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet.

El lugar está bien, el personal muy muy amable. Lamentablemente la habitación tenía un terrible y penetrante olor a químicos (olía a gasolina). Solicité una nueva habitación y amablemente la entregan, olía menos pero olía lo que me lleva a pensar en detergentes. Es incomodo realmente el olor. Por su precio no resuelve la necesidad. Aprecio la amabilidad del personal

We loved our stay at the social hub! The amenities were amazing and we had fun playing games and meeting others in the common areas. The beds were the most comfortable that we had stayed in recently and the staff were super helpful and accommodation. I would come back in a heartbeat

The one thing that could have gone A LOT better was that my husband celebrated his bday and I asked if a cake or a piece of cake can be arranged. One woman at the front desk said no worries in the morning. Later in the evening, we got to the hotel and I spoke to the front desk and the man never heard of the request. Again he said not a problem and we will arrange for a piece of cake on the house. In the morning of the breakfast, I went to the front desk and they had no idea what I was talking about and asked if I could go talk to the kitchen. I said no, as I don’t work here. Then the man from the front desk went up and asked that I follow him and then I stood on the side and the chef said loudly will she pay for it. My husband was there and the whole thing got uncomfortable for a freaking piece of cake. Finally, they brought him cake with candles that I bought and told him to blow them out quickly as no fire was allowed. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay but this was for sure unpleasant customer experience.

Absolutely stunning property. Fair pricing, super fun vibes, delicious food and drink, top-notch gym. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The ONLY drawback I had was the clear shower in the room itself. Normally, traveling with my partner, that would be a non-issue... but traveling with family or friends, it may be uncomfortable for many. Aside from that, again - I would recommend this to anyone and will CERTAINLY be visiting again, and already looking forward to it.

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind, 10 Jahre) haben auf der Rückreise von Kroatien noch ein paar Tage in Wien verbracht. Die zum Hotel gehörige Tiefgarage war für uns daher sehr gut und mit Gebühren von 20 Euro pro 24 Stunden auch für Wiener Verhältnisse recht günstig. Das Familienzimmer hatte 1 Hochbett und ein großzügiges Doppelbett. Leider gab es im Raum auch Dachschrägen, so dass man an einer Seite vom Bett aufpassen musste, sich dort nicht den Kopf anzuschlagen (was scheinbar schon ein paar Mal passiert ist ). Doe Matratzen sind recht hart, das Doppelbett sehr hoch. Im Bad ist das Licht leider sehr ungünstig hinter der Tür direkt angebracht, so dass man sich vorm Spiegel stehend selbst im Licht steht. Die Dusche war sehr geräumig, das Waschbecken sehr klein. Ablageflächen gab es keine. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer konnten wir nur aus- oder anschalten, mehr haben wir nicht hinbekommen. Da die Temperaturen aber okay waren, haben wir nicht extra nachgefragt. Das Hotel liegt fußläugig zum Prater und auch der 1. Bezirk ist problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie U- und Straßenbahn fahren aber auch in unmittelbarer Umgebung, haben wir nur nicht genutzt und Wien zu Fuß erkundet. Das The Social Hub bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten. Es gibt auch einen Fitnessraum, Billard und Tischtennis sowie Sitzgelegenheiten (haben wir alles nicht genutzt). Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die kleinen Mängel haben wir in Kauf genommen.

I loved this hotel, it had fantastic amenities, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and it was walking distance to an underground station that got you into the city centre in a matter of minutes. It was great being in a not so touristy area but having easy access to anywhere in the city. The lobby restaurant was also great with wonderful staff. I would definitely stay here again!
