Definitivamente, a melhor escolha em Tulum. Muito bem localizado, staff incrível, vista linda, quartos limpos e elegantes!

L’emplacement de cet hotel est parfait, sa proximite de la plage (il est sur la plage) et son decor raffine. Le personnel est tres attentionne. Les serviettes de plage et celles dams le chambres de meme que les draps pourraient etre changes. Ils ne donnent pas la meilleure impression de l’etablissement. Merci Antonio, David pour votre excellent service au resto et a la plage ainsi qu’Hector a la reception.

Very chic, and beautiful property. I absolutely loved the two pool areas and the breakfast at the restaurant in the seafront. The rooms though (although very beautiful) are lacking some basic amenities like a wardrobe, a coffee machine, a small fridge; they are quite simple and minimalisti. Bed linen and pillows are super.

El Hotel espectacular, el servicio mejor, si buscas algo con clase y bueno este es el lugar, muy buen mood. sin duda me quedo ahi otra vez

Clean room, stunning views, courteous staff. The only downside is that the private mini pool on the roof takes forever to fill and the water is not hot, but it’s not a hot tub so it’s ok. Yoga in the morning with Maria was awesome! Will be coming back for sure

Un hotel muy bonito no sabia que había sargazo y eso cambia toda la experiencia en Tulum porque es mucho de playa asi que estuvimos en la alberca

O Hotel tem uma arquitetura linda e é muito bem cuidado. Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis. Os funcionários são atenciosos, muito prestativos e gentis. A limpeza é impecável, tanto dos quartos quanto das áreas em comum. O café da amanhã é uma delícia. Emprestam bicicletas.

the reservation showed a ground floor room and we got another, still was an ocean view room. but pictures might be a little deceiving

Väldigt bra läge direkt på stranden med många solstolar. Rummen lite väl små med dåliga avställningsytor. Fanns ingenstans att packa upp sina kläder i. Väldigt god mat som serverades av trevlig personal. Mysigt ställe som vi trivdes på!

This is my favorite place to stay on the beach in Tulum. Service is impeccable. Staff make you feel so welcome. Food is delicious
