We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The apartment is very well located, and the room was very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This property was listed as a hotel on Hotels.com and instead it was merely a guest house / appartment. The building was dingy dirty and decrepit as well as the internal apartment which was very dirty with broken furniture and had a general feel of being upkept and uncared for. We had booked to stay for 3 nights but ended staying only 2 nights and the third night we moved to another hotel. Overall terrible and the completely unrecommended.

Room was fantastic, very spacious and comfortable. Please note it's on a very busy street, basically the heart of Zagreb so it will be loud.

Hotel situato in posizione strategica, a due passe dal centro storico. Chi arriva in auto come me può parcheggiare in un parcheggio multipiano a 10 minuti di camminata e dal costo di 13 euro al giorno. La stanza era molto grande e confortevole, peccato per il bagno un poco piccolo e soprattutto con la porta in vetro smerigliato. Consiglio vivamente

Great location and modern place with a balcony looking over a busy street of people enjoying the great city.

Quarto bem espaçoso, muito bem equipado e bonito, limpo e de ótima localização pra quem quer ficar central. Tem tudo por perto. O anfitrião foi muito cordial prestou um ótimo atendimento. Apenas uma ressalva: as acomodações ficam em um prédio um que se acessa dentro de um hall/rua sem saída, com uma loja de noivas ao fundo, e ali se pega um elevador. Um pouco confuso na primeira chegada mas depois fica simples!

I want to give it zero! The building and room is unclean. There was the previous guests underwear on the floor and earwax on the bathroom cabinet. The shower did not work. Despite informing the property and being promised someone will come nobody showed up. The second night was worse. There was no electricity which meant no AC. No AC in a stuffy hot room in the summer. Also meant couldn’t charge my phone. There was also no hot water. The apartment itself is on the second floor not first as told of a construction site. The property manager would also be very limited in there responses and when I bought the above issues to his attention he did not respond.

The location was perfect, right in the city center. Our room was very modern, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much and check in and check out process was very easy and fast. The shower and lavender shower gel were so relaxing after walking around town all day! I already recommended this place to my friends and hope to stay there again when visiting Zagreb.
