We spent three days at the hotel while I was in Victoria for a medical procedure. We found the hotel very restful, very clean and within an easy drive of the hospital and downtown Victoria.

Like the quiet and being surrounded by park and golf course. Vending machines were not shown on floor diagrams, so I asked person at desk., was not aware of any sent me across the laneway to restaurant that was closed. Found vending machines next day. Juice , coffee and water machines in lobby offer free are turned off at noon, bizarre. Parking 10$ a night, should be included, free parking approx 300 metres away. Overall rooms are very nice, and surronding area beautiful. Would definately stay again and would recommend.

Very enjoyable location overlooking a golf course in the mountains. Easy access to downtown Victoria. Would gladly stay here again.

Very nice hotel with large rooms, comfortable beds and great view. Only complaint - common to many hotels - is lack of lighting. But overall great stay.

The hotel was very nice. Rooms were spacious. The only thing was the air conditioning units on the balconies were extremely noisy, loud. You could not sit out on the balcony as it sounded like a turbine engine. Could not enjoy the view of the golf course.

Beautiful location and peaceful stay.

We love staying here. Lots of amenities and the place is very clean. We had a one bedroom with full kitchen. Underground parking is a plus as well. Highly recommend it.

Great location and excellent accommodation

Older hotel. Shares hot water with other rooms and resulting in us not having hot water for shower. Room was missing outlet cover plate. No fan in bathroom. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Rooms could be more soundproof. There was a washer and dryer on each level that were free to use. Staff was excellent and would have tried to take some off the amt because of the water issue, but because we booked through Expedia, they couldn’t do anything.

Property and room was nice. Wasn't expecting to pay extra for parking. $10 + tax extra per night for parking.

Wow….was für ein Hotel. Habe mich für ein Hotel abseits des Trubels entschieden, perfekte Lage. Bis nach Victoria gut 30 min, also ein Katzensprung. Zimmer super gross und geräumig, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit, so wie man es sich vorstellt. Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen, Preis/Leistung sensationell. Würde 10/10 Punkten geben. Wenn ich nochmal Vancouver Island besuche, nehme ich definitiv wieder, dieses Hotel. Danke für euren Service…

Fantastic hotel! Our room (224) was wonderful. It felt like a mini apartment! The balcony was adorable. The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve ever slept on. The pillows were excellent. The room was clean. The deep soaker tub was the perfect way to end a long day of flights and travel. 10/10 recommend!
