This hotel feels warm, friendly and charming. The staff could not have been kinder or more helpful.

Hotel was lovely but most of amenities were closed (mini golf, pool, wine tasting etc) and our check not very smooth - the place was pitch dark and we couldn’t find the lock box and no-one was available to help. It was 10pm but a number to call for instruction would have been helpful.

Nice setup with the balcony. No fridge but they provided ice. Breakfast was great and the sourrounding very beautifull. Easy access. I would go again

Arrivée un peu chaotique, car je n'avais pas notion qu'il n'y avait pas de réception. Heureusement un employé du parc animalier nous a aidé, a trouver la boite a clef , a appelé le responsable pour avoir le code.. et nous a montré notre chambre.. ne parlant pas allemand et lui ni français ni anglais. On a bien rigole. Petit déjeuner au top chambre top. Tranquillité assurée. Nous recommandons. ;)

The staff was wonderful and very welcoming. Hotel was great and convenient having restaurant. Good location in the country. Fun little area with the lake and some animals at the property.

The rooms and beds were extremely basic. There was no air conditioning not even a fan. Had to open the windows to cool down the room but there were people outside drinking and talking until very late which meant no early nights.

Zweckmässig Zimmer- Preis- Leistung absolut übereinstimmend.

Ein einfacher Gasthof mit sehr sauberen Zimmern. Frühstück grosszügig und gute Qualität. Gutes Essen im Restaurant. Sehr freundliches Personal Ideal für eine Übernachtung. Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen ist, dass das Hotel sehr geringhörig ist und auch am späten Abend der Lärmpegel hoch ist. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Einrichtung ist eigentlich geschlossen gewesen bei meine Ankunft. Desto trotz habe alles gefunden und war alles sehr unkompliziert. Am nächsten Tag habe sehr freundliches Personal gefunden und sie habe versuchen alle meine Wünsche zu erfüllen (z.B. Frühstück früher). Gut gemacht! :-) Alles war sauber. Genügend Parkplatz und den Park mit vielen Tiere ist ideal für Familie.. aber auch für ruhige Nächte.
