Exceptional rooms, clean and tidy. Beds were incredibly comfortable and your pillows were too. Clearly refurbished to a high standard, with rain showers and lower ground floor spa facilities contributing to a relaxing atmosphere. Impeccable service. Your reception and reservations team were helpful in rectifying an issue with my booking. I enjoyed the insights and recommendations of your bar and restaurant staff. Location was great - just outside the hustle and bustle of Rome, whilst closely connected via a road to the Metro Line (20 min walk, 10 min taxi). I also found getting a taxi via Uber It Taxi really easy. Thank you for a memorable stay, I will certainly be back and spreading the word about this glorious hidden gem of Rome!

Semplicemente perfetto. Un hotel bellissimo, gestito con professionalità e gentilezza. Pulito, bello da vedere e da vivere. La nostra camera, suite Deluxe era veramente meravigliosa, spaziosa, con tutto il necessario per una vacanza indimenticabile. La colazione è senza dubbio il plus di questo hotel. Super fornita con camerieri e addetti ai lavori gentilissimi e disponibili. Tornerò presto!

GREAT LOCATION, VERY GOOD BREAKFAST

Ho soggiornato presso questo albergo ed all' arrivo sono stata a colta da Danilo, cordiale e sorridente, mi ha aiutato per quelle che erano le mie richieste (parcheggio e camera). Alla reception oltre Danilo vi era Giorgio anche lui attento e cordiale, mi ha dato tutte le informazioni richieste. La camera bellissima, la colazione varia ed abbondante, la palestra ben attrezzata. Sono stata davvero benissimo. Non ho rilevato nessun intoppo. Davvero ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Grazie a voi tutti. 🤗🙏

I recently stayed at HOTEL VILLA PAMPHILI in Italy, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the location might be appealing to some, it lacked walkable restaurant options, making dining inconvenient unless you’re willing to drive or take transportation. The accommodations themselves were disappointing. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the walls were very thin, so I could hear conversations and noises from neighboring rooms, which added to the discomfort. The shower and the overall size of the rooms were also an issue—they were far too small to move around comfortably, which made the stay feel cramped and unenjoyable. Overall, I expected more and was left dissatisfied. While there may be some positives to this hotel, these key aspects of comfort and convenience were lacking, and I wouldn’t recommend it to travelers seeking a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The hotel is okay, it is quite a ways outside of Rome, so it is a €30 taxi ride into the city each way. Our room was extremely hot 28°C (80°F) and we had to keep the balcony door open the entire time or else we would have sweat to death. The rooms were quite dusty, there were layers on the walls and everywhere when the sun came into the room. The restaurant is actually pretty good, and the pizza is quite good there. Breakfast was also good. The hotel will arrange hotel transport for you for about double what a taxi will charge to bring you from the airport...the company they use for the transportation didn't even end up showing up and left us waiting around at the airport for an hour at 2 in the morning until we just got an Uber. Not really a strike against the hotel as this was a third party transport that they set up for you, but them using a deadbeat transportation service that leaves their customers stranded at the airport in the middle of the night, does kind of reflect poorly on them. We stayed in winter and were only there a short time, so we did not get to experience much of what the hotel has to offer. From the looks of it, this place looks like it caters more towards the summer crowds.

Incrível. Recepcionistas prestativos e cordiais. Limpeza excelente. Cama confortável demais.Cafe da manhã bom. Fica um pouco distante do centro histórico, mas a há cerca de 900 metros tem uma parada de onibus que lhe leva aos principais pontos turistícos.

Rigtig lækkert hotel dog et lille stykke udenfor byen men for cirka 15 € kan man tage en taxa de fleste steder. Vi var der i november og vi synes værelserne var lidt kolde da de havde slukket for aircondition/varme ellers var alt som det skulle.

Non è la prima volta che ci andiamo e volentieri ci torneremo nuovamente. Belle e comode le camere con molti appoggi e pulizia accurata; nel piccolo ma funzionale bagno c’è una comoda doccia ma ci sono pochi appoggi e manca uno specchio di cortesia. In alcune camere c’è un pacchetto Sky (chissà perché non in tutte?). Il punto di forza è rappresentato dalla ricchissima colazione anche se spicca l’assenza di una eccellenza culinaria italiana, vale a dire il prosciutto crudo; migliorabile, a tal proposito, il reparto dolci dove, in genere, c’è un solo tipo di crostata di qualità appena sufficiente. Tutto il personale è gentile con una nota particolare di merito per la celerità e la disponibilità per il cameriere Momo. Bizzarra l’idea di far pagare a parte il parcheggio interno, anche considerando il non economico conto finale.

I booked this place for the spa which they show as an amenity and there is no mention there is an added fee or that you need a separate reservation in the listing. They told us it was fully booked and would not make an exception even though we were only there for one night. When we perked in it looked fairly empty also

Leider war das Zimmer zu Straße hin zu laut, da gebaut wird und auch die Arbeiten früh anfangen. Pool leider zu, obwohl 24 Grad waren. Da hätte man wegen des schönes Wetters flexibel sein können

Zeer goed ontbijt, personeel zeer vriendelijk en geven ook goede tips. Taxi komt snel als nodig. Te voet wel weinig te doen in omgeving. Zeer geslaagde vakantie

Hade en jättebra vistelse. Hotellet ligger lite utanför city vilket passade oss perfekt. En lugn oas. Parken på andra sidan gatan är perfekt för en promenad/springtur. Finns shuttle service till city för 5 eur/resa. Rummet var i bra storlek, hade allt som önskas. Rymlig balkong. Skön säng. Den dagliga och ytliga städningen var jättebra och jag har inget att klaga på, dock finns det kalkavlagringar vid dusch etc. Rekommenderar att checka in på spa några timmar, det var fantastiskt (kostar extra). Restaurangen hade väldigt god mat (lite dyrare prisklass än likvärdiga inne i city). Servicen i restaurangen lämnade dock mer att önska. Tyvärr var inte takbaren öppen men tror det hade varit väldigt härligt där med. Stördes inte av något ljud så verkar vara bra isolerad. Bra AC som kyler då det blir varmt i rummet.

We chose this place for our honeymoon and were a bit disappointed to discover the advertised photos do not reflect the rooms accurately. We got the junior suite hoping for great balcony views and our actual room had a tiny balcony with obstructed views. After much complaining they moved us to a slightly better room view but still nothing compared to the junior suite room photos advertised. So I do feel like the photos were misleading. No special treatment for honeymooners either.
