We relocated here after cancelling another hotel which had zero personality. Staff were warm and helpful. Room for family with 2 kids on bunks - great. Breakfast - great. Location - great. Views from the roof sun loungers by the plunge pool - big smiles all round. Couple of small niggles when measured on the high price of a stay in San Sebastian but a lot to recommend it.

Det var et meget dejligt ophold og dejligt stor værelse og komfort.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff are so friendly, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We were also lucky enough to get a corner room with a view of the bay. We did not use the spa, but the gym is well equipped and the rooftop bar and pool area is stunning. I have to mention the parking garage which is spacious, felt safe and clean. They are also dog friendly, which is important to us travelling with a pet. The room already had dog bowls and a bed ready for him. They also had a list of dog friendly tapas bars and restaurants for us, which was such a nice touch. We will absolutely use this hotel on our return to San Sebastian.

Special mention to John the concierge who helped us with many things Breakfast was good but on Saturday the staff were unable to cope with the amount of guests arriving at the same time meaning we had to wait for many dishes to be refilled. No staff member was monitoring the availability of food on offer Room was as described although the Seaview was limited. With the benefit of hindsight I wouldn’t have paid the extra cost for such a limited vista that was so far away Finding the hotel … read the hotel instructions. Guests CAN turn into the No Entry street if they are staying at the hotel Short cut to street level very beneficial Loved the roof top bar and swimming pool

Fantastic hotel enhanced further by the wonderful staff, who are unfailingly helpful and charming. The rooftop bar has amazing biews over San Sebastian, the pool area likewise, and the breakfast bar has a great selection. We will come again!

Great hotel with excellent views of the city - easy to walk to/from old town

Access to old town and the beach. Great home base for exploring the city and the area

Wir mussten unser Mietauto mit französischer Nummer bei der Stadtverwaltung anmelden. Das war sehr aufwendig, weil nicht nur Angaben zum Auto sondern auch noch zum Fahrer verlangt wurden. Die Unterstützung durch das Hotel war eher bescheiden. Weil es am Abend geregnet hat, haben wir das Nachtessen im Hotel eingenommen. Service und Qualität waren sehr gut. Auch die Dachterasse des Hotels ist toll.
