Everything. The relaxed and convenient vibe of the place is something that you don't get in the capital cities that we often travel to.

Excellent property and really convenient

This was surprisingly good. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds very comfortable. Lovely soft pillows that you could actually sleep on, which is so unusual in most hotels and was an absolute delight. Everything we needed for tea and coffee and a drink was provided and a cloth to wipe up which I really appreciate. Service was patchy. Checkin was excellent. The cafe forgot one meal for breakfast but gave an extra coffee as an apology. The food was okay but pretty cold and/or overcooked. Checkout was a young woman who could barely speak English and looked like she was minding the front desk. The location was central and we were able to walk to where we were going with no trouble.

Over great stay, now my Toowoomba hotel of choice

I keep coming back I love the ambience of the location and surrounding businesses

Stay ok Only issue was the noise from music until 1 am Saturday night Would not stay again if that is a standard

Friendly staff and lovely bright, clean and well maintained apartment.

Was alittle disappointed that you had to paid for parking. Shower head was broken,no cold water in fridge. it was a comfortable stay

This place is great,BUT in 2024 it is UNFORGIVABLE to restrict access to WIFI, 3 devices only and you cannot eliminate one to add a new one. Sadly the staff don’t know how to help, so management its up to you to teach the staff so they can help the passengers

I found for the price we paid there was very little to show for it. We hardly had any utensils (1 fork between 2 people, no knives) , no water in fridge. the tap in shower was abit loose. Outside of shower doors at bottom looked grimey. And the middle panel outside balcony is loose. Aircon was hit and miss during night. We have not travelled anywhere in a long time so maybe things have changed??/ It’s definitely more for business people first and foremost.

Nice brand new facility, so very immaculate rooms.

Great location, clean and modern. Very comfortable.

No proper kitchen. Need to wash dishes in bathroom and get water from bathroom for making tea. No stovetop. TV stopped working after 1hr. No dining table in the room so had to bring balcony table inside. Parking required extra payment but was still difficult to secure a spot as the spaces filled up quickly.Only thing good was the shower.

Room wasn't ready even after check in, got to room and it wasn't made up. Interconnecting door was left unlocked and another family walked into our room and gave us quite the fright. No disable parking spaces so be aware if you're travelling with a wheelchair

I am a repeat customer so that speaks volumes. Wi-fi connectivity is variable depending on where in the facility you are based. This is a problem. My initial request for a walk-in shower had not been noted but was immediately attended to by the receptionist. My booking had been made 3 months prior. A reminder call a week prior is worthwhile.

Excellent staff. Problem with aircon unfortunately.
