El check in fue terrible. Me asignaron cuartos que aún no los limpiaban. Aunado a lo anterior me asignaron cuartos temporales que al final fueron permanentes ya que nunca se asignó los cuartos que pague. El desayuno muy limitado con poca variedad. En cuanto a limpieza excelente, cuartos modernos y hotel bien ubicado

Not the first time in the hotel and very sure it won’t be the last . good staff and excellent receptionists . Special thanks to the great receptionist Saleh on the afternoon shift . he was very helpful from the moment i arrived , he did not hesitate to offer help and provide the best guest care and following up with it till the check out time.

Very nice hotel. Staff is really helpful and well trained. Rooms are good size, and modern. The breakfast is great. Amenities are ok. Very well located for driving around, but not so much things around the hotel itself

Isn’t my first time, everything was good this time except the AC on the elevator or parking area wasn’t working

This hotel one of 3 options I chose if I’m in Riyadh, depending on the price per night

After a long international flight, I arrived at the hotel at 3:30am, hoping to get a few hours of sleep begore a very important meeting in the morning. I was told that the hotel is overbooked and they cannot give me a room!! It was a prepaid booking from days ago! They told me they can put me in another Marriott half an hour away, which meant another half an hour time loss in the morning to go to my meeting! I chose to find a room at another hotel nearby, and asked them to drop me off there with a car as there were no taxis at that time. They told me they can only drop me off at another Marriott hotel and have to find my own transport for any other hotel! I must have stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world and have never witnessed such outrageous and terrible service!

Clean rooms, Friendly/helpful staff, It’s my 2nd visit and I’ll consider it again for coming trips, Just 1 note regarding the light isolation, the curtains can be better

I would like to thanks all the staff in front desk they was so helpful and friendly they make my stay very comfortable, the room was spacious and comfortable very clean 🙏 see soon again

Like the room and view, Didn’t like the smoking smell from the next door room in a non smoking floor

Limited in tagged food with limited choices , plus saudis are not friendly people at all to be around .
