Very nice stay very close to everything. Warning: you have to go up 74 stairs with all of your luggage to reach the hotel.

Be ready to climb 70 steps before arriving to your room( the staff was nice Be aware of the check in time!

Personal muy amable y disponible. Bonitas vistas hacia los techos de la Siena histórico. Habitación reformada recientemente. Posición muy central. Atención: el hotel se encuentra en la cuarta planta sin ascensor de un edificio antiguo. Y los parking más cercanos están a unos 15 minutos andando (con bastante desnivel - aconsejo utilizar el parking San Francesco desde donde se puede subir a la parte alta de Siena con escaleras mecánicas).

If you don’t mind walking up the stairs to the fourth floor (I didn’t), it’s a really nice accommodation. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is great, just 3 minutes from the square and Palazzo Pubblico. My room was nicely renovated and had a spacious and comfortable bathroom.

This is a great place! I had to book last minute, but I was pleasantly surprised! We had a very clean and spacious room, with a coffee machine and a refrigerator (I don’t think all rooms have the same features, so check). The bathroom was spacious and clean, with an excellent shower. Location is minutes from the main square, but it was very quiet even on busy weekend nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Lovely spacious apartment on 5th floor with lift and super views. Very central. Clean and well maintained.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel works for a decent place to sleep for a night or two. The location is fantastic! The negative aspects were the hard bed that I had, but the other beds seemed ok. And that there was extremely loud singing all night long until 4:30 am from a local bar and it was impossible to sleep. Although it’s not the hotel’s fault, it’s the location since its city center. So, if noise doesn’t bother you then it’s a good hotel for a night or two in Siena.

way way waaaay :-) top floor! too much conferance calls during the day and a few minor issues with bathroom needing repair but cool host i guess nobody cuts a pilgrim a break in this former catholic country now so awesome to pay top dollar every night now a days cheers thanks though i slept well even though the led!!!light never actually shuts totally off.

It was authentically Italian. They waited after hours to check us in when we got lost getting there.

Great location for an affordable price in central Siena. Be advised that it is on the top floor of a walk-up, no elevator.

La habitación no está mal pero el acceso es malísimo, es un 5to piso y las escaleras son inseguras y super pesadas

Sahipleri çok ilgililer ve nazikler.Cok merkezi yerde fakat üst kat olmasi nedeniyle ( asansor yok) zorladi.

Loved our stay. Vicky was marvellous and helped us with everything. It was a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Hotel room

The “hotel” is clean and the staff is nice. It’s really just a few rooms at the top of the building so be ready to climb many stairs (pack light). The location is very convenient as you are near everything.
