Great spot, with very good amenities next door or within walking distance

The morning after the first night of our stay, a woman staff member barged into our room at 9:40 am while I was sleeping. She yells "hello?!" we don't have a record of anyone in this room! We need to know who's in here!" What in the world?! The television was customized and literally said our last name. Additionally we'd had a couple interactions with the staff the night before. I had to go to the front desk since one of our keys wasn't working and later we went to the lobby and charged a couple of snacks to our room. Regarding the outrageous staff member, I told her our last name and she ran out of the room. I am still mind-boggled that an employee 1.didn't know who was in the room and 2. came to the conclusion they should run into the room and completely infringe on the privacy of a hotel guest that had a DND sign on the door. Additionally, I was so jet-lagged from travel the night before, I just wanted to sleep. Absolutely horrid experience and violation of privacy.

This was our second time staying here & once again we left their establishment with ease. The staff made sure to fulfill all of our needs......the man that checked us in was extremely nice and checked us in with absolutely no hiccups &/or delays, the housekeeper made sure to stay ontop of any necessary toiletry item/items that we had requested, and to top it all off their breakfast selections were delightful. We will always make this hotel is the first place we make any future reservations with when visiting.

Recently stayed at home2 suites in Troy, Ohio and and it was a very nice hotel. The room was clean & spacious. A major plus having a kitchenette when having kids. The staff was amazing & made us feel very welcome. Very nice pool and sitting area outside.

Friendly staff, great location off highway but quiet and confirmation many shops and restaurants

Very clean, well manicured grounds, exceptionally friendly man assisting with check in. Our third time staying here and will certainly do so again for the next visit to Troy.

More than we needed. Hilton in town had no king beds available so we came here. Had a king bed to rest from our travels.

Beautiful hotel and the front desk staff exceptional

Our stay was great besides very noisy neighbors. They was extremely loud up to around 1130pm and right back at it around 6am

Calm, quiet, welcoming, comfortable. I can't complain at all. Everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The indoor pool was warm and even with all the noise in there, it was quiet on our room right up from the pool. Plenty of parking. Will stay again.
