Clean, quiet, as close as you can get to the city center. My bed was comfortable and my shower nice and hot. Zero complaints

The staff are very nice , helpful . They helped me for exchange and airport info and so on. The hotel is placed in the city center and it is easy to take a tour even late at night.

The property has the perfect location for any tourist. Everything is walkable. The staff is very helpful. Everyone speaks English. The bedding was so incredibly comfy. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Yerevan

Great hotel very close to Republic Square, which is absolute center. Nice checking, they have a great indoor spa with haman, steam room and spa apart from a very large pool area all to use for no extra charges - really unsually fantastic. But they charge 10.000 AMD for breakfast per person, which is about one third of the hotel room, that makes no sense. If breakfast in Armenia needs to be so expensive, something is wrong with the room-rate...

This is kind of hotel I call - single time visit. No no more Holiday INNs - Express or non Express.

We had a lovely stay (once again as we keep coming back) at the Holiday Inn Republic Square in a suite. It was very comfortable and quiet. The salon and bedroom combination gave us a bit more space. All was spotlessly clean. The hotel is centrally located and it is easy to go anywhere in Yerevan. A couple of mornings we had their breakfast and it was quite good, if pricey ($25 per person). In past stays, we had not particularly enjoyed the food the Holiday Inn served at breakfast but it has now considerably improved. This was a really lovely long weekend stay at a hotel which is is reliably good -- again and again.

Overall, it was a good stay, but I was disappointed that the fitness room was not better.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The spa facilities were exceptional – the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and salt room were the perfect way to unwind and relax. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly peaceful. The breakfast options were fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious choices to start the day right. The staff were equally impressive – friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The front desk team made check-in and check-out a breeze. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a relaxing time in Armenia!
