This is a lovely property. The staff are wonderful and the food for the all inclusive was awesome (surprisingly). I recommend this place.

I just finished a lovely 5 night stay at this modern hotel. I was a solo traveller and felt very comfortable and safe here. The rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday, the shower was lovely and had a lovely balcony that was in the sun. The staff working the bar and in the restaurant were always very friendly and even did table service for drinks during dinner which I thought was a great touch. The buffet at the restaurant is small. But this was perfect, it meant not spending hours going up and down looking at what I wanted. I enjoyed the food every evening, there was a theme night such as Mexican night, Asian night the food was great , including Breakfast. The all inclusive had the perfect selection of drinks, and the pool area was quiet, clean and chilled. This area is perfect if you want somewhere quiet and relaxing. There is no entertainment which was perfect for me. Also it is in the outskirts of Costa Calma with a couple of family run supermarkets nearby. There is plenty of parking for car hire and e-scooter rental on the streets. I can’t wait to visit this property again ! It was truly perfect ! - Thank you :)

Très bon séjour. Personnel de service très agréable et réactif. Nourriture très correcte et variée, sauf pour les desserts.

First class property with first class facilities representing excellent value for money on AI basis. The dining and cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful. Only downside was the aloof attitude of the reception staff on arrival and departure who were not even interested enough to ask if we enjoyed our stay. The owners need to address this as it detracts from the other excellent employees.

Lo elegimos por las buenas recomendaciones por el buffet, entre otras cosas y fue una gran decepción. Escaso y pobre . Las cenas acaban a las 9:30 si llegas a las 8:30 ya se han acabado muchas cosas y no hay más . Tardan mucho en reponer zumos etc En la cena si llegas en segundo turno no recién abierto te tienes que poner los cubiertos . Poco personal . Algunos muy amables otros poco amables . Poca flexibilidad en todo . Pedimos cambio de fechas y negado . El entorno en la parte de atrás que fue la que nos toco olía mal a cañerías. Lejos de la playa, sin coche inviable

Hôtel très très agréable. Bien situé, personnel souriant et toujours à l'écoute. Petit bémol car pas de balance pour peser les bagages. Le buffet est varié et d'excellente qualité sauf pour les desserts

Hôtel pas trop grand avec service personnalisé. Moderne et propre. Peut-être on est mal tombé avec la soirée Hamburger, mais le choix de repas végétariens est trop restreint.

Excelente hotel en relacion calidad/precio, que lo hace mejor el personal...Agoney, Alex, Nadia, Rebeca, Vicente...ademas de recepcion, cocina, limpieza. Habitaciones amplias y comodas. Buffet bien, poco extenso pero en general todo muy rico. Piscina tranquila con terraza agradable. Volveria encantado.

Recomendaría totalmente este Hotel, es un hotel tranquilo, agradable, limpio y sobretodo con muy buena calidad en el servicio. Hemos comido super bien, la cena era un puntazo ya que podías escoger a la carta entre 4-5 platos. Cuidaba el detalle y la calidad de la comida. Creo que de España, es el mejor hotel donde he comido. Si que es verdad que las bebidas en el todo incluido es algo escasa, pero lo que ponen y hacen está bastante bueno.

Struttura moderna con camere ampie e silenziose; buona pulizia e ottimo wi-fi; eccellenti i pancakes e le uova preparate dalla chef a colazione. Da migliorare: frigo bar vuoto, cassaforte a pagamento, set the e caffè non forniti, in 3 notti mai riforniti saponi per doccia; il lunedì sera giorno critico per cucina e servizio ristorante in quanto parte del personale, maitre compreso, era assente. Errori nell'addebito delle consumazioni al ceckout.

Everything was false advertised .I don't drink however no Mini bar as advertised.No shuttle to center or beach .No snacks on all inclusive as per booking policy .Food appalling y husband disabled it was that bad we had to get other accomodation .Evening meal 3 choices no buffet comes plated nothing for vegetarian. Addressed things with manager if you could call her that her manner was file her managerial skills so bad . Hotel nothing at all nearby .For disabled guests not good you would need taxi to bus stop it's so far away . I believe reviews that are currently displayed are false and have been done by hotel staff .Several guests complained about food nothing was done .No snack bar either as advertised. As we addressed the issues and the manager not taking it seriously.i contacted EXPEDIA who the so called manager said if we didn't leave they would force us out .Bear in mind this is a disabled guest .It also states they do dietary meals were needed more false advertising.

The hotel was amazing - super clean, comfortable beds, amazing pool area, and great staff. The all inclusive option is great value - with really good meals and all beer, wine and non imported spirits included. Only thing that could be improved was the coffee - didn’t taste very nice.

Hotel totalmente renovado con habitaciones amplias. Zona de piscina agradable. Tienen régimen de media pensión las cenas están bien, aunque creemos que podrían mejorar la materia prima y el trato del producto. La zona no era de difícil aparcamiento, al menos en estos momentos en los que varios hoteles estaban cerrados. La localización es ideal para conocer el centro y sur de Fuerteventura.
