Was a bit hesitant due to when I had contacted them ahead of time they told me to refer back to the website when they could've given me a direct response. Room was very clean and staff was nice. Great convenient area to walk and explore.

Pros : Very friendly staff and superb breakfast, one of the best morning ranges we've encountered. Easy access from the airport, bus 106 to Renoma, cross the road and pick up the #6 tram. Very close to centre but still a very quiet area. Cons: Didn't like the shower set-up, the lack of a door or screen meant the bathroom floor got covered in water and a lot of towels got used to make it safe to walk on. The toilet seat was soft close except for the last 3 inches where upon it closed with a resounding slam (R216). In room toiletries a bit average, was expecting something of a higher standard for the price

Great location in the old town- tho not an old hotel. Easy to walk everywhere. Breakfast was excellent- cooked to order eggs and great buffet. Great service. Duvet on bed was too hot so a blanket as an in between would be a welcome addition.

Lovely room. Super comfortable. I like the little coffee and water room when you walk in. Yummy chocolates. Nice front desk staff. Huge hotel. Easy walking to places. The tram out front can be annoying if you don’t like the noise but I don’t mind it I love trains in all forms.

Excellent location, 5 mins walk to main square. Very clean and comfortable hotel with large room and excellent choice and quality at breakfast.

I'm planning to keep this as short as possible because there is little point beating about the bush. Haston Old Town is pretty much perfect in all respects. Location superb, brekkie great, staff helpful, rooms comfy. Book to stay here if you are coming to Wroclaw.

Very clean and modern, rooms plenty big enough and bed very comfortable. Perfect location for visiting the Old Town. Would definitely stay here again!

Really nice spacious room , quick and pleasant check-in . The area is close to many things ( short walking distance) in the old town , getting there is easy .. bus 106 to Renoma then Tram 6 towards kromera getting off at Ossolineum ( uniwersyteckak) then the hotel is just around the corner , literally! We enjoyed our 2 nights there in beautiful Wroclaw!

Great location. The hotel and the room were beautiful.

Amazing location, close to center of town but area is quiet. Tram stopped almost in front of doorstep from the train station. Breakfast was comprehensive and service was excellent. Would love to stay again the next time in Wrocław.
