Love the split bed design with the bathroom in between, gives privacy to persons in each bed! Also the pool with the waterslide was wonderful for my 9year old nephew

I enjoyed my stay

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, as we arrived around 7pm and were very tired after a long journey. They helped us as much as possible, especially Claire and the guy in the kitchen, who offered us food. Their staff was truly wonderful; we felt right at home. The room was spotless and the food was excellent. We are delighted and highly recommend this hotel.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were greeted with complimentary hot dogs and rice bar! Breakfast is excellent with healthy food options (ie. fruits and veggies). Swimming area excellent and well maintained. Eventhough accessible room was not available, they contact me before and make sure there is at least a grab bar in the bathroom. This show they care and try to make accommodation to their guest the best they can.

I was surprised by receptions they asking me for $300 deposit for any damages which my booking was online and never ask about it .

Great service right from the Hello to the Goodbye. Staff were friendly, everything was clean. Great location.

Overall great experience. I was not prepared to submit a damage deposit that was more than the cost of the room. I thought the prices were very steep.

Appreciated how clean the rooms were. It’s a newer hotel and it shows. Only small negative is the dimness of the lights in the bathroom, hard to put on your makeup but it’s probably part of the eco friendly would be my guess?

It was a great stay. Only thing is the bathroom ligthing is dark. Need better lighting.

The property is very clean and the staff are accommodating.

The front desk staff always provide exceptional customer service.

We were put in a room next to the elevator and breakfast area so was loud late at night and early in the morning. Since we had a younger child it was difficult to get them to sleep as well as not get up to early from the noise

This hotel is beautiful and is on the road to Riding Mountain National Park. It for sure is the nicest hotel in Dauphin, but it’s also a nice hotel overall. The breakfast selection and the coffee machine is amazing. Swimming pool and slides everything is mint.

I will be staying again at this location. It was worth every dollar we paid. Extra perks that i haven’t seen elsewhere

Loved coming with my grandchildren so they could enjoy swimming and to top it off they offered free pizza and chicken soup for supper which was a bonus! I’ll definitely will do this again, I only live an hour away but the get away was needed for us all! Very friendly service from everyone ❤️
