Manager was very helpful and made every effort to meet our needs. Has laundry service available. Need to remember that not all toiletries are included, like shampoo. Only has stairs to all rooms. Convenient to have a kitchenette available with a few dishes. Bathroom and shower were clean and worked well. Overall a great stay for the price.

It was very difficult to find the place. My taxi driver dropped me off a few blocks away. The police took me to the wrong place. They just need to put a big sign on the street to find it. The manager was very helpful once I found it. It was very reasonably priced for the area.

La chambre était extrêmement sale. Pas nettoyé depuis des mois. Des résidu et cheveux dans le lit, sur le plancher et la toilette était taché d’urine partout. Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. J’ai demandé à Chapdelaine chambre et la suivante était encore plus sale.

Le logement était insalubre, sol instable, présence de moisissures sur plusieurs mur, tout le logement était sale, tache d’urine dans la salle de bain, Sol cassé et objet saillant qui dépasse. Trou dans les murs donnant sur l’extérieur. Cuisine partagée avec des restes de nourriture et dans un état pitoyable. Lorsque nous avons refusé d’y séjourné vu l’état sanitaire et matériel le remboursement nous a été refusé.
