Good

Staff was not very friendly or welcoming. The room was fine, the shower had broken tiles, the restroom had a weird smell when we arrived, and weirdly, the pool closes at 7 p.m. It was just okay, I probably wouldnt stay at another Tru hotel.

Everything good

We were highly disappointed in our stay. The room had absolutely NO water pressure, the sink wouldn’t drain. There was no dresser, no closet, nowhere to fold and put your clothes. (They did have a pipe in the room to hang a few things). Cleaning crew didn’t show up until day 3. The 24 hr coffee was always empty when we tried to get coffee. Unfortunately we would never stay here again. The location was nice and convenient to get anywhere, was about the only good thing.

Very clean hotel with a comfortable bed. The hotel was close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff was amazing and the manager even checked on me everyday to see how things were going and if I needed anything. "I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

As overall it was good, basic standard hotel. Big problem is HVAC unit in the room. When it working it will start and work loud like jet or diesel engine and will wake you up every time. I didn’t sleep there at all. Also minor issues with the faucet that was loose. They had great breakfast tho!!

Loved this hotel I stayed at several in the area when I am in town by far this one was the best. I loved the wheelchair accessibility and connecting rooms. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back!

The staff was friendly and attentive. Only one pancake maker so breakfast was a little slow to get. Pool only open till 7pm so that was a bummer for my grandkids 😕 but all in a great place to stay.

Todo el tiempo se escuchaba un ruido muy fuerte en el baño, como si fuera un motor prendido permanentemente. Al pedir que me cambiaran de habitación la chica de recepción me dijo que no había opciones disponibles. No se hicieron responsables de resolver el problema.

Very clean hotel , staff was very welcoming. I would stay again .

Clean lobby. Some visible decay around shower in the room. Couldn't get the wifi to connect. Two bottles of water at checkin. Fresh cookies and beverages available every afternoon. Breakfast options included oatmeal and fresh fruits. Water bottle refill station near fitness room. Outdoor pool had malfunctioning lock, and signs posted gave conflicting hours of closing (9am-7pm and 9am-10pm). Plenty of towels available though, at the pool and in room! Billiards table in the lobby also. Overall a nice hotel experience.

Amazing stay!

Hotel was beautiful clean and comfortable and front clerk was nice and checked me in quickly.
