Excellent, only issue room wasn’t ready when we checked in

Very modern and well maintained property. Staff was great and location is amazing.

We loved the valet and front desk staff. Very helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff needs some work. They were reluctant to seat and seemed annoyed we were there.

The hotel was adjacent to the Riverwalk and easily accessible and close to dining options and bars.

Beautiful property, room service was great, restaurant was nice. The shower had no lip so the water leaked out into the bathroom floor. Concrete floor seemed dirty.

In general the hotel is lacking value in my opinion.

The room was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed it the moment we pulled up for valet service, to our complimentary beverage to check out. Our room was on the 9th floor and we had a great view. It was a such a romantic staycation!

Great hotel for a quick weekend trip

The whole stay was perfect. Staffing was amazing and the location is in the perfect spot. We will return! !

Loved the size of the room and the layout worked for us great. Personally didn’t use the valet parking as the costs in the US are absurd. Hotel though couldn’t fault other than that and it’s standard downtown US parking.

Loved everything about it!

Property was beautiful and clean, we really enjoyed being right on the Riverwalk as it was our first time to San Antonio. Loved the option of having the credit to eat down on the Riverwalk, although the only "negative" thing I could say about this, which we didn't look super hard for elsewhere in the hotel, was that there wasn't a microwave in our room. I think had we have been staying multiple days, that would have been a nice convenience to have.
