Amazing place, beautiful location in the mountains. The staff were the best part, picking us up from Hinoharu Station when we asked. Loved it here, would highly recommend as someone who can only speak English.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and nice Oncen. However western room seemed old and the mattress was not very comfortable. The outdoor bath at the Oncen was partially opened.

古い建物ではありますが、スタッフの皆様の心地よい接客ととてもいい湯加減の温泉でとても快適でした。

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally polite, and both dinner and breakfast were absolutely fantastic. The hotel itself is obviously old and could use some serious renovations. Overall, I enjoyed the stay, but I probably wouldn't return unless they upgrade a few things.

大浴場まで行く館内移動が寒かった。

建物自身は古いが部屋数比較、温泉、ロビーなど施設が立派。また、色々センスが良い。 そしてなんと言っても夕食が素晴らしい。品数だけでなく、趣向も凝らし、味も大変良い。また、既に用意されていた料理にはラップなどではなく一見掛かっているとは思えぬ透明なセロハン？で見た目よく埃がつかぬようカバーされており気遣いも大変良かった

学生さんの団体が泊まっていましたが　館内とても静かでした。大阪から訪れましたが　お料理の味付けが濃いように思いました。その地方の嗜好もあるとは思いますが　 富士山は曇っていたので　見えませんでした　残念です

Over all, Facility is old and some equipment is broken and interior is broken or dirty. Here are some points that I realized not comfortable. ・Floor: Tatami floor is old and i felt it inclined. ・Bath in the room: No hot water... ・Hot spring: Some shower dosen't flow with hot water. ・Settings inside of room is weird. Such as position of the TV is not right..

Very helpful staffs. Our staying was very pleasant in the hotel. I highly recommend it.

スタッフの対応がとても良い。館内はよく手入れされており、気持ちが良かったです。

部屋のトイレがウォシュレットではなかったのがショックだった。 源泉の温泉はぬるくて入れなかった。 ただ、食事は最高に素晴らしかったので、コスパはとんとんかと。 従業員は皆感じがよかった。

いろいろ口コミで書かれていますが、個人的にはまた泊まりたい宿です。 スタッフさんの心遣い、温もりある接客です。 口コミ通り、ご飯が美味しい！ どれもこれも、手の込んだ料理。 お風呂は、隣の棟ですが、歩けばすぐです。 温泉もぬる湯でゆったりくつろげ、ぬるくて温まらないかと思えば、温泉効果で部屋に戻ってもぬくぬくです。

People are very nice. Foods, Onsen, and fish in the pond are nice.
