the best hotel

I missed my flight and had to stay overnight. The hotel was the best value around.

If this place had bar it would be great. I suppose it would also be more expensive. Luckily there is a Wetherspoon around the corner, and cafe, Greg’s, subway and a McD’s. And excellent place to stay if you get stuck at LHR. Staff were great!

Very Clean, good parking, easy access.

The best guest house I’ve ever stayed at in London. Clean, modern, maintained well. I don’t want to say too many nice things about it or it will get too busy for me to book again 😄

The property is hard to find at night even though GOS took us to the right area. Lighting and signage is minimal. Desk is only staffed part-time. Instructions and ease of getting into locked inn and into rooms is tricky and can be frustrating. Night staff person was extremely friendly and tried to be helpful. Location was ideal for our needs.

Great property at a very reasonable price. 5 minutes walk from Feltham station. Manager was super helpful

A reasonably clean place and clear instructions. Priced WAY too high for the standard of accommodation and area. Although painted and clean, this feels like a lodging house in a run down area. The number of rules and instructions is way too many and clearly the owner does not trust the guests. There were 17 different notices in my small room. The price is the same as four star Heathrow hotels and is far from the standards of those places. It’s ok overall, just should be 50% cheaper than it is.

Basic accommodation but very clean. Staff member very pleasant and helpful. For the price very good.

Was early for check in, was greeted with a friendly welcome and was checked in and very lucky enough to have our room. Room was clean, bright and bed was comfy, everything need was in room, water, small fridge. Would stay here again when in feltham as easy access to train

Everything very good only thing I would say I mattress to thin spring but the rooms and everything else very good

More of a bed and breakfast, but without the breakfast. Quirky. The owner has a thing for labels. Hilarious. Everything pretty much in the room has a little printed label on it. Convenient-ish to LHR. Steep stairs.

It was a fantastic stay, i was able to check in early which was lovely and they do offer to hold luggage in case i wasnt able to check in early. The AC in the room was also a nice touch and that was good

The pre-stay contact and recpetion couldnt have been better. The room was okay, the shower could have been better. Location for Twickenham was spot on. Will definitely stay again

Small independent hotel. Staff very welcoming and helpful. You can tell the people who run this place take a real interest in providing good facilities and good service. There are 5 parking spaces at the front of the property, 2 of which are within reach of the 1 EV charger. You have to message reception to activate the EV charger for you, and they will invoice the cost of the charging separately.

Easy walk from train, bed linens and pillow cases rough and not comfortable. Staff very nice and prompt with communication
