If pool can be indoor would be nice. The 1st floor bathroom need more cleaning. Floor has wet tissue on drainage.

The room was nice, updated and clean. The lady that checked us in was very kind and talked to us about where we were from. I enjoyed staying here and we will stay again.

Close to restaurants

The pull out sofabed has seen it's day. It needs to be more comfortable or replaced. For a suite, I expected more, a larger more comfortable pull out sofabed for my spouse who snores and needs to sleep in a separate bed.

This was an excellent stay. We highly recommend. We will return on our next Sacramento visit!

Towneplace Suites Natomas is clean, comfortable, quiet and very conveniently located close to food, gas and parks. The hotel has seversl comfortable seating areas inside and out, and the fitness center is well equipped. I enjoyed having an in-room kitchenette, ironing board and extra blankets. I'm looking forward to staying again!

Very clean. Nice spotles facilities and nice staff. Breakfast was great!

Convenient to airport and interstate. Room has everything you need - quite comfortable with Costco and other stores across the street.

My check in process was quick, easy, and with a smile. Unfortunately, once I entered into the room, I found hair on the pillows, makeup on the covers and sheets, and hair in the bathroom sink. I made a call and they sent up new bedding FOR ME TO PUT ON THE BED and I said "should I have to do this?". The staff came and changed out the bedding, but......

I stay in this hotel every time I travel to the Sacramento area for business. It has everything I need. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the location is good.
