Amazing stay!

Great

We love the property. This is the only place we stay when in Laredo.

Super clean room and hotel. Very calming atmosphere throughout the hotel.

Todo excelente, ubicación, instalaciones, aspecto, limpieza y el desayuno muy bueno.

Great stay ! All very clean The only issue I noted is the bottles used for the shampoo and lotion you have to pressed the bottle and when you have arthritis in your hands is very hard to do.

Room we had was small, no dresser or decent size closet, if you have a large suitcase there is no where to put it so its out of the way,the air conditioner fan was rubbing on something in the unit so it was loud and annoying

The room had an air conditioner malfunction. It made a very loud noise which kept us awake all night. We didn’t complaint at the moment because we had too many small things to move if we switched rooms at the middle of the night. The hotel is very nice, the matress was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. But being unable to sleep ruines the hole experience for us.

No me gustaron los colchones, ni las almohadas y mucho menos las sabanas, eran muy rasposas, calientes e incomodas

We checked in after a storm and elevator was out of service. The person at the front desk couldn’t give us keys for the room. Then the front desk person offered a discount then took it back because we made the reservation with a third party company. We checked in with our two small dogs which is very convenient for us. We asked for more toilet paper because our stay was 3 days. The front desk couldn’t bring it to our room because of short staffed. On the third day there we started seeing ants. This stay was the worst and we might have to shop around for another hotel. Stay here with low expectations. It’s fair but with low level service.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was very nice and help

Exterior room door knob was falling off. Breakfast was sorely lacking options. Room interior was fine.

Great stay would stay again. Only think I would say is cleanliness could be slightly better.

Every things was fine but please fix water leak at shower head and defrost fridge
