Great hotel location and very nice grounds

Great hotel and great value!

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. I would definitely recommend it.

This property was perfect for my daughter and I. I took her to a concert at Cynthia Woods Pavilion and this was close and convenient. Our only complaint was the strange odor in the lobby and elevators. Thankfully, our room was clean and fresh.

Great place to stay. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Highly recommend.

Very clean and really nice hotel, did not have blow dryer in room and tv did not work which was disappointing but facility, staff, parking and everything else was excellent.

Really impressed. Pleasently surprised… this type of hotels are usually trashy, and the staff is horrible. Not this hotel. Like the vibe, Great Hotel and Staff! Amazing.

We were looking for something inexpensive due to an ac outage. Well, there’s a reason it’s so much cheaper than everyone else. From the luggage carts to the beds, everything was very flimsy. The bed was on metal rails and hard as a rock. The luggage cart was barely holding itself together and one minor bump was going to be its demise. AM/PM staff seemed to be more enamored with their phones or visiting coworkers than working, except for the bartender who was friendly and helpful. The bar area also serviced the in house snack store, which was odd but… okay. Not a super big deal except for when paying for snacks, it prompts you for a tip. The bigger problem was that nothing in the refrigeration section was actually cold. The ice machine on our floor was broken, so you had to go to another floor. Breakfast is listed as an “option,” but it’s restaurant style, which is odd for a hotel this size. The final nail in the coffin… After taking off our shoes for bed, we realized that the ac was leaking and the carpet at the end of the bed was soaked. It impressed with this hotel in the IHG family and thankful it was a local stay for just 1 night.
