Good View

The guy at the front desk was great.

View of Detroit River is beautiful. We always enjoy the Hilton. The City of Windsor is suffering from the same atrocities as all cities in Canada, created by the federal Liberal government. Open drug addiction, homelessness, open border negligence and economic collapse, are rampant in Windsor.

The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and amiable. The view is beautiful. The restaurant is a great spot to relax and have a drink while taking in the view, and they don’t rush you over a leisurely meal. The streets behind the hotel feel a bit sketchy. The only fault I could find with this hotel is that the makeup mirror is hung for those who are 6’ and above. So if that is you, this is your place!

Nice staff

The hotel is right across the river so you get a view of the Detroit skyline. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived an hour early and the room was already ready. We brought our two dogs which they had no problem accommodating. Definitely would stay here again.

No one cleaned our room. This is fine if it is an option to save energy etc but there was no notification that this was not going to happen. If we had known we would have hung up towels etc. By the way there were no hooks or racks in the bathroom to hang towels.

We got the river view room and the overall experience was pleasant
