Booked a second night. Liked it that much.

Room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, no hot water in the morning and front desk staff couldn’t have cared less.

We took the 2 room bedroom. Wow, beautiful. Going to stay an extra day. Dinner was great at the hotel restaurant.

Doubletree made a business trip to Windsor an enjoyable time.

Great view of the Detroit River and the city sky line. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious. Beds were comfortable and hotel was quiet at night.

It's was good but when I entered in the even I can find the bottles of water they need to keep water bottle in the room I paid almost 500 cad for one night but in room there was water. They must keep there complementary water

Convenient parking building connected with the Hotel. Quite and clean room, very nice front desk ladies, sweet welcome cookies, I love the lake view restaurant for breakfast!

Thought I had reserved a room overlooking the Detroit skyline. Was mistaken, unfortunately. Hotel reception offered to change room at check-in, at a substantial price premium. Be aware when selecting room preference. One other issue: in-room coffee maker was broken.

It was a decent property to stay at but we had been spoiled in other hotels that earned a bit higher of a rating. The cookies however were delicious.

Friendly staff. Jessica at reception at the time of check out (morning on July 29) was amazing, helpful and managed to procced with Expedia's phone call to cancel one night (left hotel one night earlier) since business trip work was completed ahead of time. Thank you to both Expedia and Hotel staff for professionalism and kindness.

I will qualify this in the sense that management corrected the check-in issue however the first interaction with the check-in person was a tire fire. To begin I went to desk to see if our room was ready

Good amenities. Riverfront walk convenient but safety a concern outside. Kinda sketchy area.
