Breakfast could definitely have been better.

I stay at this Tru a lot to visit elderly parents. At 8 am housekeeping woke me up to see when I was checking out. I was still asleep and wasnt planning on leaving until closer to 11. I mumbled 930 and closed the door. 931 they were knocking again. I did let the front desk kmow I was frustrated and they did make it right.

The room was very small. The mattress was old and warped. This property did not live up to what I expected from a Hilton.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was nice, nice pool and gym.

The hotel is very modern and located in a quite safe area. We were able to check in 45 min earlier which was great since we were attending Luke Bryan's Farm tour concert in Brooklyn, Wi. Got in late so missed the complimentary breakfast that ended at 9:00. Pushing the breakfast out to 10am would have been ideal as a suggestion.

Tru is always a reliable place to stay in Stoughton.

Very happy with our accommodations and the service. Would recommend it.

Staff was terrific

The hotel staff was friendly and beds were comfortable, but the room could've used some cleaning. The toilet was absolutely disgusting when we arrived with mold or mildew all over the inside of the bowl. I would've given the stay a higher rating if not for that.

The room as stau were excellent. The only thing missing from our room was a box of kleenex, but we managed.

From the check-in to the checkout, everything was great! And they even twice actively checked in with me if I needed anything, that's never happened before! Well done to your staff for being so conscientious!

It ended up to be a very comfortable stay. But the reason i rated it the way i did was because there was a bunch of loose strands of long black hair in the bathroom -particularly in front of the shower on my arrival to the room. It made me feel like the place may not be clean. But then maybe the housekeeper is stressed :(. I saw she has long black hair and if so i feel terrible even mentioning! The bed was very clean and comfortable and the room and everything else seemed to be too. I was a little put off this morning with being told by the front deskman on arrival that breakfast is served 0600-1000 and on arrival at 0930, the breakfast food was being torn down already :(. The pot of oatmeal and bacon was on a cart to go back to the kitchen. They had already taken the eggs away -but i asked the lady working the front desk and she brought me a hard-boiled egg. And the coffee holder-server for the regular coffee i was told was broken so there was a wait for regular coffee understandable if something was broken. It eventually arrived. Is used the pool, very nice, but the atmosphere in there left something to be desired. Just not inviting, not sure what to suggest, anyway, i felt very safe and everyone was really pretty kind on my short stay there. I wish it were longer. Thanks!

Unlike the Middleton Tru by Hilton, this Stoughton location has a long way to go in terms of comparison. Although clean rooms (hotel is pretty new), the service was not good. Anywhere that you go and are not greeted by the front desk starts me off on a bad note. The front desk attendant was yawning the entire time checking us in, and looked disinterested and annoyed. No urgency amongst the breakfast attendant either to keep food items filled. To top it off, the mattresses are cheap and uncomfortable. Definitely won’t be staying at this Tru by Hilton location again.

We were on Basketball tournament trip, we had a great time the girls enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was nice and warm with a good variety of options to choose from.

Great for my family for Easter celebrations in town.
