The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.

Room had a dingy smell.. We parked in parking lot in front of room.. Thank god i had to go to store because they put a sign on my truck saying my vehicle was not authorized to be there and tgat it would be towed which was within the hour i got there.. Employee at front desk was not informative or friendly

Buenas en términos generales aunque un poco sucio el baño y gente sin camisa en el pasillo, muy mal aspecto

Could not get hot water. No continental breakfast. no coffee in rooms. No small bottles of shampoo.

limpio , silencioso, comodo , solo que pasan muy tarde a hacer la limpieza y desactivan la llave a diario

Pedí habitación para no fumadores y la habitación olía mucho a cigarro. El baño en malas condiciones; el asiento del inodoro estaba roto y la palanca de la regadera estaba zafada. Había una mancha amarilla en la tina y no se podía quitar. No tenían secadora de cabello ni kleenex como en otros hoteles. Tienen cerrado un acceso del estacionamiento y hubo que rodear para poder llegar al cuarto/lobby. Sobre la cocineta, yo pensé que tenían utensilios para poder cocinar pero no. No pude usarla.
