Breakfast and the Bistro were both excellent for choice and quality. The room was modern and comfortable on a corner with windows and a view on 2 sides which was lovely. We left a phone in the Taxi and the Hotel found the Taxi and had the phone delivered to us at the airport which was beyond expectation. Easy walk to Hongqiao Rail.

Everything was OK. People at the Hotel are not so well informed and not so in English, considering it is an international brand Hotel.

Great hotel. Only minus. I have paid business lounge acces, but it was closed... they could at lest offer a bottle of wine...

Comfortable room, smell smoke inroom, air condition worst

Registration cannot find my reservation under Expedia. Junior staff has no clue on what she does. Manager assisted and she only found 1 room booked. I have to spend 35 mins for a check in. For a 5 star priced hotel? No coffee after 5:30pm at lobby and service staff not aware. toliet bath tiles can see stain and moldy, Cleaning staff leave rubbish on the floor. Sent for laundry, waited 3 days. The only consolation is the conceige, Jack Liu who was the most helpful. And the GM. other than that, can forget about this hotel, is for the locals to patronize.

In general the hotel is very good BUT, there is no room service at all. The western food restaurant ants in the hotel opens at 5:30pm.The Breakfast buffet is excellent.

Property is near big exhibition center (10 minutes). Rooms are nice, clean and very quiet. Staff is very friendly however their English is extremely limited. For a Western hotel brand more emphasis should be placed in having English speaking staff.

Great hotel breakfast is amazing. Very far from pudong Airport be carefully when you book this hotel because Shanghai have 4 airports.

Their breakfast buffet was just outstanding. Great selection of food, but if you want to lose weight, do not go there :-).

The only thing that I did not like about this hotel is that when I call for room service, they told me they don’t e it. Everything else, OK
