Det var meget koldt på værelserne, og dårligt muligheder for at få dagslys ind. Manglende personale når man havde spørgsmål. Generelt ikke en super god oplevelse

We had a connecting room for us and our teenage kids which was great. Gave us some space and each room had its own bathroom. Modern amenities. Good location. Washer/dryer in building was handy. No view but it was okay. Would stay again.

Easy walking distance to castle / major tourist attractions, loop bus (right loop) stops right outside the door.

Spacious and well-pointed room— especially rare in Japan. Very kind staff (limited services but very pleasant.) Easy walking to the market and next to the bus station. Thank you!

掃除がきちんとされていて気持ちよかったです

The room was very spacious and clean. The location was also great - it was a very short walk from shopping, though the nearest malls close early (around 7pm). The room also had lots of amenities that were important to us, such as a washer and drier, small stove and a microwave. There was also a good amount of space for dining, relaxing and opening up our luggages. The staff were friendly and checkin was very easy. The bathroom was also unexpectedly large and had a jacuzzi bath tub in it, which was very nice. However, we did notice that the shower walls were quite grimy. Fortunately, that was the only part of the entire apartment that wasn't spotless. All in all, we still really enjoyed this stay and would recommend it for families.
